Moderators failed English class, that's how. They're too stupid to understand the meaning of he word, not to mention they're too stupid to understand the context of what I was saying in reply to gpp/gp.
In other words - moderators need to go back to school.
One of my Scion photographs is on that website. Since Toyota/Scion is trying to usurp control over my copyright, what legal action can I take against Toyota?
We have communism within the United States - TRUE COMMUNISM. Look up "Radical Faeries" for examples of how Marxist Communism ACTUALLY WORKS, whenever the government does not get involved.
Those people, so far, are the only group to properly implement Communism. There is no religious, racial, ethnic, or even gender/gender identity barriers. All work is done for the good of the commune/sanctuary and the residents within. Everyone has a job, everyone does their job. If someone gets hurt, they get the medical attention that they need (several Fae are former doctors or surgeons, there's usually one at every Sanctuary.)
And every Spring and Fall, they have some of the most awesome parties ever.
The Chinese only WISH their "Communism" worked so well.
And if anyone's smart enough, they've dropped their own router on that line to help obscure everything.
"Yea, my router has that IP Address, but there's over four hardwired computers and six laptops connected to it. You got a MAC address identifying which computer was doing what? No, my router doesn't keep logs. No, I will not turn logs on, you cannot tell me what to do with my legally-purchased hardware."
could only be had back in the days of 3Dfx, where it was really ScanLine Interleave.
Today, you're NEVER getting a full 2X increase, because that type of video splitting/rendering/recombining is no longer used, even though it DID truly offer a 2x performance boost. (1024x768 was accomplished by each card rendering every other line.)
The time I got these popups the only thing I was doing at the time was browsing Slashdot, this stories coments, actually. No other site was loaded. My system is clean, which made me scratch my head when Firefox said it blocked three popup windows. I don't use AdBlock or anything, just a default FF3 install.
I have noticed some of the ads below stories on the comments page tend to have mouse-over behavior. That's annoying as shit - well, when they actually manage to load. They're not there half the time though the reserved ad space is still there, creating a huge hole between comments and summary.
Having worked for IXL Memphis (when they were still around,) I'm not using anecdotal evidence at all. I know what works and what doesn't work out there.
Older buildings, even right next door to the CO, get shit service because of antiquated wiring. Any building 30 or less years of age can get DSL without any problems for the most part.
DSL works all the way down out to Hernando (which is further away than Germantown or Collierville, in MS, and still gets very usable DSL service piped in from Memphis,) and out in West Memphis, AR, again fed mostly by Memphis.
Having had to run some of the lines myself, I know DAMN WELL what areas of Memphis are serviceable and which areas are not. And that's not likely to change for at least another half-decade as long as Mayor Herenton keeps his corrupt ass in office.
NT 4.0 on a 128MB, 533MHz DEC Alpha workstation was actually solid and effortless.
I just hated that NT 4 removed video DMA, it broke a few of my other software programs but that got fixed with the release of 2000, by which time DEC was alreday going down and thus wasn't supported in the new NT iteration.
Hp laptops only take half a second to shut down - at least the DV 2000, 6000, and 9000 models, because the slightest bump to the battery release latch most often causes the battery to drop out, contacts first, causing immediate shutdown if you're not plugged in.
Side note and totally off-topic - WHAT THE FUCK SLASHDOT? Your site has been making my pop-up blocker and Firefox go fucking NUTS today!
"As a matter of fact, just about anywhere that isn't a major metropolitan center has pretty bad DSL coverage as far as I can tell. If you aren't right downtown DSL drops out like crazy or they won't even connect you."
When I lived way on the outskirts of Memphis (5 minute walk to the MS border, way away from downtown Memphis or anything,) we got rock solid 6mbit DSL. never went down.
I've dropped the idea of using an image. i think it'd be simpler to just Install Windows on both hard drives individually so there's a record in the MBR of an install on C and an install on D. Then infect the D drive with DRM. From there it should be easy enough to use some USB or CD-bootable tool to compare what got changed between the two drives.
Still thinking about the old DIR/B/S/A:ASRH > File.txt, but need more time to figure out how to implement it, if I should at all. I could run it from the clean Windows install and check on the infected install.
Hmm, maybe a cheap ass ESD monitor like what's used at laptop repair workbenches? Just ground out all the static to the planet and get the dust off since the charge is gone? of course, it's only about a pound and a half, that adds up in fuel expenses.
Previous creation = possibility of tampering of evidence. No thanks. Something cleaner and faster, as I'm going to have to demonstrate this step by step. The jury can listen to other arguments while the install happens right there in the courtroom in front of them. The transcriptionist can easily re-read the record of events without any issues.
"suited to detecting molecules of specific species"
Don't they mean specimens?

What legal recourse do I have against Toyota as of this moment?
Except the YMCA didn't sue. As it is, the only lawsuit even remotely concerning that is between the Village People and Youtube.

Let's see, most of the colleges listed are East of the Mississippi river, so I'd assume that yes a reference to the eastern USA is what was intended.

Having to feed it fuel does not make it self-sustaining in any sense of the word. Just like how in an ICE you're going to have to MANUALLY refuel.
Unless you made this thing FEED ITSELF, it is *NOT* self-sustaining.
If a person has to be involved for this thing to be fed, it's not IMHO self-sustaining.
Let's not forget maintenance. This thing ain't gonna work on itself.
Actual life is the only thing that comes close to a definition of self-sustaining.

AMD had the Geode out first, which prompted Intel to counter with Atom and VIA to follow suit.
Why not just use laser pulses? Can we not attenuate a beam to sweep/scan the ocean instead of detectable sound, or is that just not feasible??
How much energy is used in generating that 10,000 degree plasma, hmm? Less than what it'll output by incinerating trash? I'd like to see that.
I'm WAY away from Memphis, or was, nearly Collierville, which is practically country.

Why not implement something that could perhaps dissipate the electrostatic charge between the dust and solar panel?
Get the Dynaflex Powerball that glows and has a counter. that'll provide great entertainment as your child tried to beat his prior best RPM.
Maybe, but the gene change that happens is the same. This lends more credibility to Yersina being the culprit.
