the more popular alternatives like BitCoin become, because people will want to divorce themselves from the monetary system the Govt has in place, who wants to pay tax to a corrupted government that does things like arm criminals like mexican drug smugglers and islamic rebels that could potentially be terrorists, or bailing out banks when they gambled away other people's money on bad investments and the banks did it with the blessings of the Govt when they repealed the Glass-Steagall Act, and Barney Frank & Chris Dodd helped too with their bad financial policies, who wants to pay taxes to a bunch if corrupted incompetent criminals that try to pass themselves off as a legitimate government,
i hope i win the lottery because i would use the money to leave the USA quicker than you can say Jackie Robinson
lets turn all that ethanol producing infrastructure in to booze making infrastructure, that should keep the cost of booze down, and the liquor stores well stocked
and installing Linux and configuring an IPTables firewall script that runs every time the PC boots up so i only have to visit once a week to check for software updates., all mom does is play various solitaire games and email a few family & friends, buy a few things on amazon and Linux does all those things quite nicely

just wait until the paypal drone shows up, you put a wad of cash in the basket, and then the ebay drone comes and drops off your package.
sheesh, i am about ready to toss the internet in the trash because of disappointment over things i bought online turned out to be cheaper than what could be found at the brick & mortar stores, at least when i drive to the brick & mortar store i can look at the actual product, when buying online all you see is a low res photo and a short description that can be misleading,
i would most definitely blow the whistle anonymously, maybe post on some forums and upload videos from a public library or public wifi hotspot while using fake names for signing on anywhere
the computer's operating system does, now if an app is too annoying, or buggy and a piece of crap they get uninstalled pronto, or if i am upgrading to a newer version i uninstall first then install the new version, (i wont install over top of an old app because if there is some obsolete file that would linger and possibly cause problems
didnt shuttleworth/cannonical themselves say the word "ubuntu" is an african word for humanity (or something like that) so there is most definitely prior art on the word
this is about as silly as Microsoft ordering all glass companies to quit using the word "windows" for those see-through glass panels everyone has in their houses and commercial buildings
it is not really that messy, it is well organized and categorized, but it is getting rather bloated, i just did a slackware-14.1 install and/usr/src/linux-3.10.17 weighs in at 589 megs, and after a quick look inside/usr/src/linux/* i wonder how much of that code is not even needed because slackware is only building for x86 & x86_64 architectures (i think there is an arm build too) i bet some of that code could have been left out, and Linus could have separated the kernel source in to source code bundles intended to be built on different architectures, because i know some of that code is not built and installed on x86 & x86_64.
the government NSA spys has killed any trust in telecommunications and internet connectivity, if i had anything of value that i wanted to keep private such as blueprints and plans for products soon to be sold on the market i surely wont keep any of that on any networked computer, and if i had to transport data anywhere it would be put on an encrypted usb thumbdrive which is easily hidden and/or transported anywhere
who stands to lose the most in the long run if Bitcoin takes hold and really gets a large strong userbase, the established central banks that print state currency like the Federal Reserve, i am sure the People's Republic of China has their own central bank too, these central banks are more than likely wanting to kill Bitcoin more than some gang of criminals
just like religion uses the fear of death and hell to manipulate their congregation, the govt uses fear to manipulate the population, seems like there is always some ghost of an enemy wanting to take away our freedoms and kill us, and it seems the biggest enemy of our freedoms turns out is the US Govt themselves
the Democrats and Republicans are really the same party, they are both controlled/owned by the banking cartel & military/industrial complex, they only put on a ruse of being separate parties to deceive the US population of being two parties, elections are fake, this nation has been taken over by a corporate/fascist totalitarian kleptocracy made up of a banking cartel & a cabal of industrialists, and the mass media has everyone fooled in to thinking it is democratic
