    Kubuntus default theme is horrible. Not even close to ubuntus Gnome. The thing with KDE is that you can make it behave like you want to. The thing with gnome (i found) is to be forced using a way that works quite well. Even though it is more work to get KDE to do as you want, the final result is (at least for me) superior.

  8. Porting Easy on Porting to 64-bit Linux · · Score: -1, Troll

    From 32bit to 64. It answers itself. Just double everything you se. Consider the following:

    void arsle () {
      std::cout 5+5; // In 64 bits, you use 10+10
    }

    Now many people say: Thats not correct, but wait!
    Since the display we use today are the same as we used in 32-bit systems, de data sent from the computer to the display is divided by 2. Therefore (32bit)5+5 = (64bit)10 + 10. At least visually. The things that happen inside the computer are far more complex. It is the same principles though

    Well, I understand that too. Though, we live with these high taxes, so they aren't unusual to us. I gladly pay extra taxes so that everyone can get "free" healtcare. Say: if my appendix would get inflamed. In USA I would have to pay a (g)astronomic amount of money to have it removed. In sweden I would have to pay a symbolic fee (about $10). I see this as a right, not something that only "rich" people have (out of a poors perspective).
