Either that, or "I called the Game developers and through my savvy techno speak I was able to get them to send me an uber secret document called a game strategy guide."
I'm really glad they didn't call this game Burnout 4, because its more like Burnout 3.5. None the less the game is still pretty amazing and improves on the game play success of its predecessor. If you enjoyed Burnout 3, then Burnout revenge is a more refined version that adopts new elements while improving existing mechanisms.
It's a neat idea, however really impractical. I mean how easy would it be to lose that thing? I for one have a hard enough time remembering where I left my carkeys or cellphone, I don't need to worry about my MP3 player as well.
Is there a graphical application to help generate ant build scripts? Maybe it will help those starting out in Java get familiar with ANT. A lot of new programmers I talk to are afraid to use ANT because it looks complicated.
Many of the shows on TV contain scenes that contain sexual situations, even if they don't show much skin its still suggestive. Also women on TV are often dressed in skimpy outfits, why is it 100 times worse if its in a game?
VBS files are a really quick way of hacking together useful little scripts, as mentioned above. However there maybe limitations.
I have a bunch running at work that all run at 1 minute intervals (windows task scheduler). They all take about 10 seconds each. However I'm running into a problem where its now taking about 5-10 MINUTES for certain scripts to finish executing, I'm wondering the scripting engine isn't so efficient? Anyone have any experience with this.
"Based on our research, 30 megabits per second is the absolute minimum in future homes"
I wonder what kind of tests they used to determine that figure.
I'm really glad this site is available. When I tried to write my first extension several months ago I found it to be a daunting task trying to find any documentation that was easy to read.
I'm looking forward to reading through some of the other developer tutorials and spending many long hours programming....I guess I'll need more soda now.
I agree with the statement that going public doesn't necessarily equate to going public. I think the big fear is the loss of power to shareholders. However that won't happen at google. I've just completed a research paper for school on their governance practices and its interesting to note that company executives have a different kind of stock than most folks out there. Their stock is worth exactly the same economically but offers substantially more voting rights. Basically that means, the majority of power will still be in the hands of the company and hot the shareholders, so taking that into account I don't think they are turning evil.
I actually think the source is formatted as such to make it hard to read. Thereby deterring people that want to copy their site. With that said, I realize the google main site is pretty simplistic and almost anyone can copy, however gmail is pretty complex I imagine the HTML formatting issue is a company standard. So just to conform with other standards the main page source looks the way it does. At least that's what I think.

It all makes sense now. I was wondering why I could never find the mouse after reading VB code.

Maybe females in games should all be as covered up as Samus Aran
