    I've gotten caught a time or two (both times I was an idiot) but a little due diligence prevents infection. And I pirate like a kid in a candy shop. Anyone dumb enough to run any .exe they download from random google link isn't long for this world

    you missed the point by far. If you wake up and some guy is unarmed shuffling through your kitchen drawers You can't shoot him in the back (IANAL though). You also can't rig up your house so that if someone tries to break in they are electrocuted to death.

    right on, I Picked up a 60GB SSD for 100 bucks back in August, It's not even a new sandforce model, and it's the single best upgrade I've ever seen on a computer. HUGE difference.

    I've done a WestPac on a LA Class submarine, and did 13 months in Iraq. In both of those things there were times were I was obviously stressed. If this thing can tell the *stress* in someones voice, I guess It would pick up on that when I'm talking during emergency situations. Now if this thing just looks for hysterical sounding voices that's another thing entirely.

    I got caught up in the last couple Nintendo systems. I bought the first gameboy advance, with no backlighting, then the SP came out. I bought the Original DS, which was bulky as shit, then the Lite came out. Never again. I'll wait for the 3DS with better battery life.

    Virgin mobile, 40 bucks gets you Double the minutes, and unlimited everything else. Sprint 50 bucks gets Me unlimited everything (Except calls to landlines, 450 minutes). Boost is 50 bucks unlimited everything. Your deal is better than AT&T & Verizon but thats about it.

    You are comparing about apples and oranges. I Was talking about people who use street drugs in part to alleviate a problem, and you are talking about people getting prescribed something. People with ADD get prescribed Ritalin/Dextro/Adderal all the time, and I would agree with your study that they are less likely to get addicted then someone who takes those things for fun.

    You got that kinda right. People START using it, because they self medicate. They are the most likely to get addicted, because the shit works. I'd say almost all day, to different levels (Full disclosure, I've had my fun with both, and have ADD)

    I'm pretty much all 4. I'll pirate until thte end of days for the 3rd reason. I've bought some stupid ass PC games before, always pissed me off. I also won't ever buy a Disc Unless I know I can skip straight to the movie.

    You don't see people wipe their ass or feed their pets, but I'm guessing people do those things as well as make phone calls with their phones. Texting/Games are what they do in public/when killing time.

    There probably aren't many suspects that are innocent (percentage wise). The problem is that still leaves for a LOT of people arrested for crimes they didn't commit. Ben Franklin said it best "that it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer."
