    If the DNA information is just collected and stored anonymously, with no record of WHOSE DNA it is, I don't think it's a problem. It's useful for compiling statistics and doing studies. However, if law enforcement is interested in this data, it sounds like they are actually keeping track of who the DNA sample came from. Just make it anonymous.

    That would make it useless to the insurance companies who want to buy it and deny you coverage.

    I spent 3 months carpooling in from West Covina to LA in the HOV lane looking at all of the cars with 1 person per car enjoying their time sitting still on the freeway. Please don't tell me that there isn't a better way.

    I always use 17 as my large prime for DH. I doubt they've cracked it yet.

    Everybody else uses odd primes, so I always use an even prime.

    I was at a big box store yesterday when the computer went down. They called all the cashiers to the service desk and passed out kits of multipart forms so that they could manually write orders. However, they had to look up prices on the website using their personal phones, since most items just had bar codes, and none of the cashiers had ever had to compute tax on a calculator before. It was hilarious.

    My definition of "free of charge" does not include frequent pop-ups telling me to pay for an upgrade to be really protected. I tried Avast and AVG and ended up getting a non-intrusive alternative.

    Second time, I'm still wondering WTF. Someone needs to go back and read what a URL (ahem, URI, excuse me) actually is. It's a LINK: connecting things... not storing app preferences and shit. That's like, real, old school... before sessions, and cookies!

    Since the front part is traveling at the local speed of light, the back part of the infalling observer can't detect the front part reaching the event horizon.

    There is no "inside the black hole". It's a singularity - no volume, no structure. The event horizon is a boundary, not a container.
