    Word has version control ;p Seriously, LaTeX is great in part because of the fact that it's quite hard to do anything crazy so people stick with the defaults which look good.

    Not really, you don't have to have a huge gap in taxes. Adding one more person would just add some taxes but not enough to cause the owner to not do it.

    Or if you manage to get a general consensus between hardware vendors most devices could shit with this driver and all of them could use the 1 driver. You have flash right? Same deal. You use java right? Same deal. Hell talk to sun they might package it in for ya.

    "Vehicle computer system with wireless internet connectivity" That's a radio. Microsoft patented the freakin radio. Anyone who has a radio newer then 1990 has a chip in it and it does some computing.

    They were talking about listening to the noise the keys are making through a computers microphone. This is worse. This is saying that someone can sniff you keystrokes through power lines.

    Cause they already have a laptop but it's a pain to carry the thing around for your average meeting or what not. Plus, tons of people get them for college since they are cheap. The couple hundred bucks does make a difference. And they aren't really that underpowered. 2 years ago a mini9 would have been a perfectly good laptop.

    Like with anything in computer security. There a tradeoff between ease of use and security. While the threat exist, the tradeoff of not being able to use a large number of website is a pain in the ass. I do block Javascript or Flash or ... because currently it's required for an enjoyable web experience. I believe that possible attacks will get patched quickly enough by Mozilla. The risk is there but it's not large enough to be worth the trouble of NoScript.

    If you don't know who sat in which seat on what showing on what date, knowing which seat a video was shot from isn't going to help you.

    Dunno, maybe it will help those watching the cam video know if it's good quality and centered or not.

    Why I don't watch cam rips. It gives me headaches. Waste of time anyway. For a good movie it's worth watching in theater just for the awesome sound system and giant screen. But then again, MPAA isn't interested in making money only from "good" movies. They want people to pay for shit too.

    I don't the average consumer cares about perfect sounding files which they probably can't hear the difference with the Amazon version anyway. I for one, buy from Amazon MP3 a lot. Laugh at me for buying music if you want.

    This summary is laughably inaccurate, biased, and sensational. This agreement doesn't give Google anything even *like* a "monopoly over all out-of-copyright works." If a work is out-of-copyright Google (or anyone else for that matter) is free to do whatever the hell they want with it.

    EXACTLY, if you don't want to use Google for those just go to Project Gutenberg or pay 8 bucks at your local book store for something that cost them 1 buck to make.
