Make up your minds! First we don't have enough CI students, then we have a glut of computer techs, now we won't have enough again. Is anybody else feeling dizzy?
It's like saying it's going to rain in Seattle sometime in the next month or it's hot in Florida during July. Duh. Of course piracy is going to increase, did anyone actually think it would go down?
I hate it when you ask for a Coke and they ask "What kind?" A Coke damn it! There's only one kind, if I wanted a f'n Sprite the I'd ask for a f'n Sprite!
No matter how rich Michael Dell is $100 million is no small change. It's pretty obvious that he's as fed up with the MS BS as the rest of the world. He's looking to the future and it's not with MS. Good for him and good luck.
I really don't care for MMORPG's. I wish they would have come out with this extremely cool concept of a game in a self-contained version. I have had the experience of sports games played online with other gamers and it just sucks. Constantly running into people who cheat gets old. I prefer the old fashioned Me vs CPU games with the option of online game play, not the requirement of it.
And then everybody take turns beating the snot out of these repeat offenders and their computers. I also like the idea of outing them to the rest of the community and let the chips fall where they may.
There's nothing lower in the prison population than a child molester. These guys are raped, beaten, etc, etc. They need to be taken out of the general population if they are to ever get treated.
After working at inpatient facilities for several years I've seen hundreds of child sex offenders. 95% of these people do not change! They have urges like you wouldn't believe. They may not actually touch a child but they get off on just being around them. They are disturbed and have some serious issues which should be addressed in therapy while they are incarcerated.
I like the idea of tracking them forever, but I'm pretty sure it's totally unconstitutional. If we're going to tag one group we might as well tag 'em all. Let's just tag the kids while we're at it so we know where they are as well.
Let's just keep them off the streets, then we don't have to worry about where they are. We already know!
and loved it. It is perfect for short to medium distance travel (300-700 miles) and goes places planes don't. My parents live in southeastern Iowa and I'm in Chicago. It's a 7-8 hour drive (Chicago traffic) and the closest airport is about 2 hours away and quite expensive because it's a small market (Des Moines). The AmTrak dropped me off about 45 minutes from their house in less than 5 hours. I didn't have the hassle of driving, gas, wear and tear on my car, stress, etc. They serve real food, you can drink, the lounge played current DVD's (The Incredibles), and there's tons of leg room. I think they really need to advertise more in order to get more passengers. Without the passengers there's no money to upgrade the trains and tracks. The current track system isn't designed to handle high speed trains and we'd end up with wrecks every month which would put them even further in debt. Anyhow, I'm all for the AmTrak although it does need an update.

Bill Gates will just buy China and turn it into his summer home.

How the hell is it going to see an elk?
Sure it's tasty, but damn is it ever hard to get out of keyborad! Once it hardens you're totally screwed!
Tie little notes to pigeons and send them on their way! Ah, damn, it shit on the note again!
Are you in Detroit? Just curious

The subject line says it all.

Porn to go. That ought to be real popular on the commute to work. Or better yet, on the school bus.
then we must follow suit. After all they are world leaders in everything civilized. Viva le France!
