"The first internet bubble popped largely because all business models failed except for ad selling." (from the article).
I disagree. Pornography and Gambling as well as on-line RX have proven to be profitable over time. Perhaps the monetary profit margin is inversely related to the moral and cultural benefit to society.
Doesn't this violate the EULA and copyright protection of the Botnet software? How do you know I don't want to be part of a Botnet? Who are you to tell me I can't participate in large scale attacks on other networks or send out massive amounts of email that has not been requested?!?!
Now please, let me decide what software I want to unwittingly run on my computer!
I would personally pay more for bigger, more reliable tubes to the internets. I'm not worried thought, I have a closet full of AOL disks that have the internet on them, no need to connect.
Certainly its not a busy, cluttered or difficult to navigate UI. There is no need to waste time on "shiny buttons". Lynx is the way to go. Even better, a browser based on VI navigation - now you have my attention!
Why can't they bundle the Lynx browser? They are afraid of Lynx becoming the de facto browser for thousands of graphically challenged computers that's why!

Is there a VI for Vista? Does it use a gig of memory for the color interface? Is it asci 3d? Does it ask you, "esc, : wq - are you really sure you want to write and quit?"
I thought cash was always legal tender and could not be removed as an option for payment? If you offer cash and they refuse and you walk out with the I-Phone, it's their problem - they did not accept the currency offered. Of course INAL, so if you try this you are on your own. Call a bail bondsman beforehand.
Isn't this what Enron attempted to do (to some extent)? Didn't they run an arbitrage exchange over dark fibre and potential bandwidth?
If I remember correctly, Enron did not end up as a model of corporate ethics, innovation (except accounting practices) or good sense.

From the article, "Although experts said that they are not aware of any current lawsuits, they said it's inevitable."
The lawyers are stirring the pot. Nothing else to see, move along. These are not the lawsuits you are looking for.
Animated Ads always make my flash crawl!
...can I turn my Linux PC into a PS3?
Maybe Duke Nukem Forever will also be included.
There were three...

They use IP Addresses. If you want more manliness (mod up +1 machismo) use MAC addresses.
...Please sing! When will it end?
Do they have ISPs in North Dakota? I thought they were still on PonyExpress 1.0.

Just a reminder: In space, no one can hear you scream.
Answering in another language or gibberish is fun. Speak Java or C++ to them. Klingon is good.

Makes me worry about balrogs. Khazad-dûm had that problem you know and dwarves are known for their data centers.

If they have used GPL software, where can I download it? Should it not be available from this company?
Can it run Linux?
