It seems to me that the same can be told about linux distributions.
A lot of improvements, a bit of cosmetic lift ups, but no plans at all and much less stability.
What is lacking in the world od linux for desktops is a vision, plans and roadmaps.
These things are quite complex and some sort of projection is badly needed.
If anybody is moving ANY critical piece of software supposed to work, should better think to stay with another OS other than Vista. Much better if other than Micsrosoft's anything.
... complex things especially when they plan to be very cumbersome, slow, error prone and possibly non working.
Many thanks to the big brains in Redmond!
So all the email traffic done in the US will be stored somewhere at least once, often twice (sender+reciever) and in some cases several times.
And storing them is not enough: you'l need to browse them for searches!
This is a very very smart move! And when litigations will go with browsed web pages, we'll need to store all the web we browse!
Well, this way the President will announce for "America NG" a brand new country for the next generation, designed from scratch, better, more powerful, for a better western expericence.
First of all I'd like not to talk while sending an SMS or dialing a number. For the sake of my privacy and politeness.
Second I'd like to see a better device design. Keyboard constraints are due to "standard" designs: brick shaped devices give no alternatives.
Third I'd like to see some more advance in the T9-like technologies: they lack context analysis.
The real point, in my opinion, is not the phone itself as a device, but rather the service.
If you get upset by ads interruptions during your favourite TV or radio program, you can imagine the result during a phone call.
And finally, because phone are not cheap, a number of hackers would find the right way to unlock them. The companies would loose a lot of money.
Again, it won't work! In my opinion.
a concrete that literally breaks down pollutants in the air
Maybe the concrete can break down molecules, but sulfur, lead and other heavy metals will still be there in the environment ready to enter our organisms!
It's time now to make the calendar more flexible than ever. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independence, Mom's and Dad's days are to be adujsted accordingly to product release dates. This way we all have a better year experience than ever.
As it is a quite deep stack of protocols, reasons can be variuos, from poor RF coverage to slower IP routing. Maybe choosing a hotel with Internet service can be a better and cheaper solution!
I fear that technology speed is too high when compared to mobile Internet access speed. There is too little time in order to get those technologies more mature, wider spread and accepted. As of today GPRS/EDGE is the real solution (at least in Europe) unless you want to mimick your xDSL. Instead of putting money in those 3rd, 4th and 5th technology dreams I would both enhance the services and lower the cost for both the services and the terminals.
... unless they will run som Microsoft operating system.

And I'd like to see Windows GE running on the PS3. Just the boot up withput BSODs would be great!

It's not a good idea. A solution, and a real one, is.
We all hope that this marvel of IT world will be used for things better than video streaming!
Nope. It was just a lifting for Government v1776!
The website is unavailable due to ... the slashdot effect!

Thanks God I'm not American!
Prof. Cramer home is here and the quoted article could be this one. It's a little bit older than expected!

I would have preferred another song, better suited for dolphins.

It didn't work with landline phone and it won't work with cell phones!
Maybe Extreme Programming can help a little bit.
