How do you maintain a sense of community inside your virtual world which contains 3.5 million customers from all over the world?
I think this is the key point, it has to be immediately useable by those who may not be super-techy (ie: aforementioned Social Studies teacher).
I'm more curious about how the 40 gigabyte hard drive attachment and removable memory cards will work than I am the way the case looks.
