Loopholes wouldn't just "go away." People that buy many things (viz. the poor, the middle class) in retail would have more tax burdon than somebody with tens of millions of dollars in stock revenue.
I don't think you seem to understand that over 90% of wealth is controlled by a very small percentage of individuals in this country. Overtaxing the "poor" masses isn't going to do a bit of good.
Please give us some more details about Enoch Root. He's quite an amazong character, but you leave us really guessing about him. Is he the same person throughout the years? Is he the embodiment of the biblical Enoch?
Yeah, and when is the last time you've seen a transparent proxy for port 25 access?
Don't you mean filtering? Proxying and firewalling are two different things.
I know that OO does not use a transparent proxy server because they say so in the TOS. You could also verify that rather simply by looking at the traffic generated by a host (such as me.) This isn't happening.
Well, CGI or not, I hated the fight scenes of Braveheart. They were that "I'm really there!" shakey camera footage. It makes me ill to watch it. Having a guy in a handheld camera with an offbalance gyroscope to vibrate it around does no good for me.
Just because you didn't know about it, doesn't mean it isn't real.
Also, a quick typography lesson for all:
Typefaces are a standard. They rarely change. The Times typeface has been in existence for decades, as has Futura, Garamond, etc, etc. They don't change very much over time. Times Roman was invented in the early 1930's.
If that was the 9th street El, then how did they fall down onto it from the Credit Suisse building that is on 23rd & 5th?
The fake el train was actually going down 24th street. They even duck under the crosswalk between the same CSFB building.
Also, that train was labeled Bay Ridge. Funny that It'd be ending on 24th pointed at Queens.
1. There is no elevated trains in downtown/midtown Manhattan
2. Shots are frequently switching between a background of midtown, brooklyn, queens, and the village.
3. There is no D'Agostinos on St. Marks
4. etc, etc, etc
There will always be people like that. I'm talking about actual MCSE's that deserve a title and perfectly capable of administrating an NT server.... their asking price is pretty low.
Not in an enterprise network environment. MCSE admins are a dime a dozen, you can practically pay them minimum wages and have them run servers.
Linux admins demand a very high price - at least 2-3 times that of the average NT admin.
Why? Running a Linux server requires more than point/clicking your way around. A linux admin is required to have at least basic programming skills.
The fans of a computer make far more noise than the HD. But that's not even the point. More "noise" happens when the signals are going into the soundcard itself inside of a case full of electromagnetic waves bouncing off of everything.
Who records where a live mic could pick up the computer? Isn't this supposed to be "pro?"
Oh, the horror!
I'm sure it will withstand being linked to on Slashdot!
It comes from the Simpsons.

Too bad any real artist using Photoshop would never think about using Eye Candy.

OO is not using a transparent proxy.
Creating a demo before the final product just pushes back the final product's release date.

Come on guys, what the hell is this about?
How funny is it that you're real email address is in your signature?
There's stars in the sky?

Everything except play movies. It has a slow processor.
They can't show any pictures of it? Anybody have links?
Sounds like Cryptonomicon.

Yeah, open source in an online game? Cheating is a huge problem in games. Open-sourcing a game would cause it to be unplayable.
We're not talking about features - we are talking about interface design.
And Media Center is just a ripoff of Tivo.
