    Yes, but SkypeOut is not. Also, Skype plans on charging for Skype to Skype calls that ride over 3G.

    Skype-to-Skype calling on 3G is free until the end of 2010, after that there'll be a small monthly fee.

    I do, and I can't take it with me. Besides, it wouldn't cost a couple hundred thousand because SpaceX is going to need to fly demo flights regardless before Dragon is man-rated. I'd be happy to buy a seat in a non-man-rated space vehicle if it's built by SpaceX.

    If SpaceX ever runs low on cash (I know Elon already is), I'd be happy to shell out for a Dragon test ride (waivers and checkbook ready). No point in playing things safe, everyone dies eventually.

    The problem is, bad cops ruin it for good cops like your uncle. When I encounter police, I'm more likely to remember the Chicago cops who beat a female bartender half to death for mouthing off vs your good cop uncle. The solution? Zero tolerance for that shit. You fuck up? Your out. No severance. No pension. You. get. dick.

    The second officer to be convicted was Ottawa Hills (Ohio) Police Officer Thomas White, who shot a motorcyclist in the back after a traffic stop, permanently paralyzing the 24-year-old man.

    As someone who is about to go on a motorcycle trip with his friends to the Virginias and Tennessee (and having to ride through OH on the way), this scares the shit out of me.

    Funny thing. I've been drinking pop for over a decade now (27 yrs old). My dentist said I've lost quite a bit of enamel from how acidic soda is. I asked, "Well, what *can* I drink?". His response? "Beer, as much as you want, and it won't damage your teeth. Tell your wife I said so." Hence, why he's referred to as "my awesome dentist".

    The defendant has to pay the court fees upfront, and recoup them if/when they win (and if the plaintiff has the cash/assets at the time the court orders them to pay the defendant's fees).

    You're not the only one. I know of several other business owners (I own a hosting/tech services firm) that have moved their credit card transactions out of the US. People will put up with byzantine regulations for only so long.
