    Ok, I can understand the use for this. But, how is he doctor going to get a reply to the question? I mean if doctor speaks langauge A and patient language B, how is the patient going to rpely in a way the doctor can understand?

    Not to give them any ideas, but wouldn't RFID tags be easier than camera's tracking license plates? Less room for error, and false positives?

    Ok I don't think this was written for speed, it is a proof-of-concept for the new tag. As for assembler that is platfrom specific, java would be the fastest thing that would allow a web environment.
