    Being an european myself and in-the-know about the ways of social-democracy I have some nice theories indeed, but being less than IT--related I'll spare the rest of you.

    Be assured: you aren't.

    As far as scary movies are concerned I just wouldn't give a crap anyway, but I can't recall how many great games I never even bothered to try just because I didn't want to feel 'scared'.
    To this day I've never played any iteration from the RE or Silent Hill series and I miss the money I paid for Manhunt only to quit after 2 hours of playing.

    Firefox ad may look neat and all but I find it to be flawed in that it doesn't stress out enough that it is FREE.
    You see a HUGE ad printed on the backcover of one of the most widely-read newspapers in the world, would you rather think someone's trying to help you or to sell you product X?

    That's right. Now you look a bit deeper and find that product X is infact an internet browser, whoa!, are they expecting you to pay for something you get by default with the latest instalment of windoesn't?
    I don't think so either.

    By the time you'd have noticed it's actually free you're probably 2 pages ahead and not caring.

    At least the OO.org mockup does nice in the getting-to-the-damn-point department.

    Matter of fact, I am a football player. A very good one, actually.

    I'm sorry that in the US of A young people can only fall under the 2 accepted categories of jocks and nerds, but it doesn't work that way in the outside world.

    So I'll just shut down my ubuntu box, get my football equipment ready and go play. Damn, it's a good day.

    % Held by Insiders4: 35.11% % Held by Institutions4: 37.90% So... you're wrong. 295.55M shares out, aprox 80M floating... Also I remember a lot of insider selling when GOOG hit the 430 mark, you might have been right then, but now, with a free float of about 27%, you aren't.

    Google's PE is not nearly as high as the average PE for a tech stock during the dotcom bubble was... the fact that GOOG has a reliable business model with sales growing more than 100% per year is what's driving the stock price this high, not pure speculation as was the case by the end of the 90's
