Maybe buy a second hand phone off craigslist. But then you have to contact that guy somehow.
You'll also need a second hand laptop to view craigslist to find the ad for the phone too.
Maybe you could get one off cragslist?
Its second hand phones and laptops all the way down.

The entire place really is just an insane example of how to spend cash, it's totally not self sufficient (They have an indoor ski slope, how much energy does it take? Seriously.... is it on sustainable energy?) I don't mean to throw chip here, because western culture is pretty stupid and wasteful often but I see some real tacky shit over there, it seems like 'we have money, let's do the biggest!!!!!!!!!' (exclamation marks required)

You could just as easily be describing this place.

If you have any respect for your fellow castmembers you would take the 5 minutes to honour their requests. Ask them to give you the full path to the pictures in question and remove any reference to them. Literally 5 minutes work.

I hope anyone considering being a member of the cast does a quick google search first and finds your comments here, decides you are too much of an arsehole to be associated with and thinks better of it.
I hope they tell the organisers of the show that you are the reason they aren't doing it too.

I get the same issue when trying Hulu through SSH tunnel via a host in the US. I assumed it was a bandwidth test and it was determined the connection didnt reach the required bandwidth (as the host is a relatively slow connection - I wasnt expecting very good performance even if I could connect).

But if anyone knows if it might be some other restriction causing this I would like to hear it.

If it offends you that their are sites out there with material that isn't very good on it then disconnect your modem, or have someone with a stronger temperament than yourself vet your sites for you.

But for that matter, I've always though that phone apps have access to your number anyway. It just makes sense, same way that PC apps have access to your IP address and other personal data saved on the machine.

In my opinion a smart phone is a phone AND its also a computer/internet portal, not the two combined. There is no reason for the two to be linked or to share information. It's more like your PC apps having access to your IP address and also your street address (or even your home phone number). The two don't need to be (and shouldn't be) linked.

Sure it is possible to link the two together if needed by law enforcement or something, but it definitely shouldn't be available all the time.
