    yeah, drugs don't hurt anyone but the user, except for the people that cause on the job accidents and then cause the employers rates to go up, drugs stay in your system for hours to days to even longer, i don't want those people driving cars or even operating a stapler near me, not saying they should be punished by performing sex acts on other is appropriate, but at the same time, it most certainly is not a victimless crime

    works like a charm, and is great for when you don't want to pay the outrageous prices they charge for scsi 40x burners for your older sun system, at least that's why my roommate wanted one

    Except every piece of linux software works as is with linuc compatibility mode on, so thats all linux plus all freebsd, seems to me it isn't dead.

    for some reason, no one else has mentioned sneakemail.com, and it's free and simple, they even have a perl client to add new addresses easily, sneakemail works by creating a new email for everything you sign up for, if it starts sending you spam, you have an easy to trace source for it and you can always kill the address if you're done with it

    What problems do you have with vnc and logging into a 2k box, just make sure vnc runs as a service and you should be able to send a ctrl-alt-del with at least the windows and java clients.

    What do you mean just before the Zip drive came in and tore up the market?

    The 2.88 floppy drive came out way back during 386 or 486 era, long long before zip drives and well before cdrom drives, granted no one used them but your time frame is way off.
