    He never indicated to sing copyrighted songs. Make up your own tuneless song, which you automatically get copyright over when you record it.

    Them downloading your "Britney Spears" song is piracy since you as copyright holder did not give them permission to do so.

    You have never seen what a school has to go through to acquire equipment. Unless it is under 50$ and the teacher can pay it out of pocket it almost invariably goes through an approved vendor list that has a 100%+ markup on everything. Yes, this approved vendor then turns right around and buys stuff from Dell.

    I'm working at CBS (not for them) and it is the same story, they allocate their block internally and firewall the heck out of it. They also use 10.x.x.x addresses internally.

    Because often morale games work, would you rather have the cube, the office, or the corner office? How about free coffee and soda?

    Actually it does help a little. Pollution can be better controlled at a single point than at many thousands of points. Economies of scale can also be implemented.

    There are a myriad of other problems that arise, 10 years down the line you'll need a new set of batteries and what do you do with the old ones?

    Actually even though it in no particular way different than a state, it's the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and for some reason the people that live there are always insisting on it being called that. I no longer live there thank goodness.

    Blizzard has said repeatedly that "Hero" class only means it starts as level 55, not that it should be considered special in any other way.

    Simple reason why I had seeks to an area that looks empty, it's because I *used* to have files there before I deleted them, then since I'm savvy enough to use Truecrypt, I ran one of those wipe programs that overwrites it with garbage, hence what you see if you look at the drive forensically, garbage.

    I came up with that in the time it took to read your post.

    We've pretty much already hit a per-core speed limit, you really can't find many CPU's running over 3GHZ, whereas back in P4 days you'd see them all the way up to 3.8.

    Architectures have changed and other stuff allow a current single core of a 3.2 to easily outperform the old 3.8's but then still why don't we see new 3.8's?
