If you aren't affiliated with the OSDN I don't believe you can copyright things in their name. Declaring copyright is as easy as using a Copyright line but you can only copyright material you have the rights to and it can only be copyrighted in the name of affiliated people (I'd assume). IANAL

This post just gave me an idea out of the blue. Why not make religious texts non-copyrightable? Therefore scientology has to choose between religion and copyright. If it chooses a business, then fine. They can be a business and investigated as such and lose tax deductibale status. If they choose religion they're texts will become free and no one will have to pay them. I can't really see any issues with public domaining religious texts for legit religions.

Lol actually yeah I do (people who are adamantly against smoking but still use weed) but I was also just saying it jokingly :) Also some people who just want to mix it up. Pot cookies for example, and the person who doesn't smoke makes pot quiche O_O I agree with you though, smoking is bad. Plus there's vaporization as well. That's not cheap or natural, but it's not unhealthy either.

? I don't think Kasparov is an anti-semite who's pro-terrorism. He's against his government and Putin but frankly it makes much more sense for him to be rebelling in Russia than it made for Fischer to be rebelling in America. Anyway, Kasparov is using civil disobedience to do what he thinks will make Russia a better place. Fischer snapped, renounced his citizenship and went to Iceland.

Yeah he had clearly gone off the deep end by that point. He wasn't just "neurotic". He probably just had personal daddy issues since he was a Jew, and by that point they spun out of control and he reflected his hate on himself through melodrama, reclusion and stupidity. So what if he could play a stupid game? It's just a nerdy version of sport hero worship. Sure not everyone can do it, but stop idolizing those who can if it means you have to look past who they are as people. Anyway Kasparov is a great chess player and his post-chess political career is much more respectable.

Interesting, I have heard the same about poppy seeds and opiate tests.

    Also,

Howevr marijuana and the THC it contains is not as bad as so many have made it to be. The movie "Reefer Madness" made hemp users out to be violent, however every study I have heard of conclude the exact opposite. Instead of making users violent hemp relaxes them so they just want to mellow out, sit back and relax. No need to argue with me on that :)
