  1. People should be able to see the movies they want.
    To talk about creativity, art, actors, politics and movie scripts.
    Why should the internet need "manual intervention or disabling user ratings" for consumers thoughts, comments, reviews and opinions?
    People notice quality movies they enjoy, want to see.

    Brands, think tanks, NGO's should have get to step in with "manual intervention or disabling user ratings" to try and support a brand.

    Focus on the people who can actually pass all their tests and exams every year.
    Without needing extra non academic consideration.
    Full academic scholarships for the very best in every state after all passing exams.
    Years of testing should find the top percentage of every generation, every decade.
    The underrepresented can sit the same free tests, pass the same exams as all other students.
    Data sets, workshops, a new CoC, money, academic programs, charity cant help people who can't and won't study.

    Some people want to be vets, lawyers, historians. To play a sport, do music. Learn a language. Become a mathematician.

    Put that new support into all of education.
    Let people select what they want to do and ensure the needed academic support is not all about computers and a code CoC.
    Let the underprivileged select their own professions. Carpenter, plumber, law, arts, math, languages, sport, math.
    They may want to find work with topics such as agriculture, chemistry and finance.
    Computer work is not underrepresented. It just needs really smart people who can actually study.

    In Taiwan people are free to enjoy different US, South Korean and Japanese sci fi plots.
    Where content is a product of imagination, freedom and creativity.
    Communist China has real controls over content, politics, what any approved sci fi movie can do and show.

    When a US company, brand does not want to work with the US mil, let them.
    But know the US mil still needs the same products and services.
    0. Do it within the mil. That might not happen due to politics and having to always buy in services/products.
    1. Create a CIA front company and let it be free to "compete" in the open marketplace.
    Wy the CIA, so any sudden international interest can be detected globally.
    2. Give that created new company mil work.
    3. Let it grow and become a normal company.

    4. Find a much better existing patriotic company that has great staff who support the USA fully.
    5. Find an existing larger company that can be asked to make a new product.
    6. Upgrade an existing smaller company and provide it the details needed to support the mil.
    Make sure the staff like the USA, support the US and are actually patriotic.
    7. Due full background investigations on short list of approved brands so they can be trusted with mil work this time.
    Make sure the company is in the USA and does its great work in the USA. No brands that are an office in the USA and a much larger work force well outside the USA.
    Never invest in any US brands that are not security cleared and fully trusted by the US mil again.

    US mil production, secrets should stay secret for decades and/or until allowed to be released to the public/declassified.
    Talk with the FBI, GCHQ, MI5/6, NSA/CIA about decades of production lines of quality mil equipment that never got/gets talked about.

    Could it be a trap to see who looks, asks, responds to a mentioned US mil project? So its put out to see who requests/looks/networks/asks for more information?
    Other nations are fooled into wasting billions of $ and years on VR and start fully importing NSA altered VR consumer computer parts?

    1. Parts. People like mow cost, fast, low power and heat parts. That work better. RAM, storage, networking all has to be ready, working and fully supported.
    2. Software. The CPU has to support something great to make people change everything and learn to code a new system.
    3. Cost. Power savings while doing more math and networking and ... better than anything.
    4. Ability of staff. People have to learn to code something new. Thats a lot of code to bring over.
    5. What is the advantage when power costs are low, heat is easy to move, people know how to code on existing systems.
    That new CPU and surrounding support has to be so much better at everything over a generation than anything on the market.

    Use some p2p method to make the watcher offer some of their bandwidth back.
    A way for viewers to support people directly who make video clips without the third party politics and CoC of a CC brand, a membership platform.
    No longer can an online payments network, CC brand, membership platform stop funds going to artists and content creators from their viewers.
    Ensure the video clips flow from the creator to the people searching for them.
    Back to been a utility connecting content to users rather than becoming a publisher of other peoples content.
    Allow political, historical, cultural, faith, meme, news, political content.

    The clips and comments stay with the video creators, not the site that connects users to content.
    Ads become something for each user with content to work out and place in their own content.
    That way content is seen by an ad company and approved for their ads.
    The content creator gets funds from brands they trust and like, use, support, understand.
    The brand and content creator know of each other and have to both give approval.
    The ad brands get to send products, suggests products, review products, place products and get much more out of every video they select.
    The video clip viewers feel good that the content they see is supported by a brand they know, use, like.
    Thats good for the brands, the ad company, the content.
    More funds that go to the content creator rather than ads that get placed over random content.
