    It really surprises me that 10% of people still read it. I have accidentally followed news feeds to the firewall half a dozen times, I would have thought that only 1 or 2% would have gone on to pay to see the page.

    Yeah but what do they use the data for? It's nice that they admit they collect this info, but for what purpose.

    Could be useful to marketing. Look for a place where iphone users congregate and you have the ideal location for an upmarket gay bar.

    This guy is a native English speaker with a good education and almost surely a security professional trying to see how far he can get. The typos he has NOT made give it away, among other clues: (1) "it's" is always correctly used (2) looks like he deliberately added plurals making it look as though his English is poor (3) John "Devid" (4) "check it out" (5) "don't" is correct (6) no other spelling characteristic Eastern European mistakes

    Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

    I I were an absolute pedant 'd point out that windmills grind corn, so the pumps were powered by wind turbines. In Norfolk they actually called them "wind pumps"

    Perhaps while they're at it they could pay for online fraud, substandard goods sold on the internet and child protection. Lets extend that so that transport companies, taxis, car sales have to pay a surcharge to cover people who are travelling to commit a crime.

    People crash cars all the time. They often do it for stupid reasons, like confusing the gas peddle and brake. In the past, most would admit to themselves that this is what happened. But in today's "nothings my fault" era, you sue. And the press is just waiting to hear from you.

    It amazes me how many people have not read the summary, and realised that Toyota are not saying this, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration are. If you read TFA you will see that Toyota are actually rather cautious over this evidence:

    Toyota says its own downloads of data recorders have found evidence of sticky pedals and pedal entrapment as well as driver error, which is characterized by no evidence of the brakes being depressed during impact.

    .... Still, since the start of Toyota's troubles late last summer, the Japanese company hasn't blamed drivers for any of the sudden-acceleration incidents, though in many cases the company couldn't find another cause. Toyota President Akio Toyoda has said the company won't pin the blame on customers for its problems as part of its public-relations response.

    ...."Toyota has always taken the position that the electronic data recorder system is not reliable," said Tab Turner, the Little Rock, Ark., lawyer.

    That's nice. However, there are other sections besides section 1. They aren't there just to help with the feng shui of the site.

    Naturally, and I'd be happy to cover any of the other sections.

    Section 3 provides that one can freely distribute modifications and derivative works. We weren't talking about a modified or derivative work, we were talking about redistributing the original.

    So I change a few labels then redistribute .......
