    I don't like the way that some animal charities get more money than children's charities. Obviously the people making donations disagree. The point is the donor decides, if someone is giving something away then they decide.

    I thought the charge was on the parts of the plates nearest each other, so the surface area would only be that of the ends of the nano-tubes. This would be smaller than if they had a flat plate!

    I think this may have been done already. Adverts in the UK now say
    up to 8 Meg Broadband
    where the up to is in very small text and the 8 Meg is Huge...

    If you brought a car called a "Toyota 85MPH Blue Car" and could not drive at 85MPH down the high street in the rush hour you would not get much sympathy from the dealer.

    I remember reading before a proposed solution to this. Pleople located outside the UK should send encrypted files to UK politicians, and tip off the police. The politicians would then have the burden of proof to show that they did not have the decryption keys, or face two years in prison. They would soon see the problem sith this

    I agree. What he's saying is that an experienced windows user, who has spent years building up their skill, cannot use Linux as easily with a very small investment of time. I am sure the opposite is also true.
