There is absolutely no benefit for a dealer to buy a more expensive drug to add to marijuana, given that they would lose money if they didn't outright charge far above street price, and would at that point have to disclose some sort of reasoning. Secondly, nobody buying weed who got something with "laced with PCP" would ever return as a customer (unless they were looking for that to begin with), so it's self defeating in that right as well.
