    OK let me change that low cal to reasonable cal :-)

    Really it probably isn't low cal at all, but about 1/3 of the Calories you should have in a day rather than 3/4 like a typical breakfast.

    1 cup water
    pinch cinnamon
    pinch nutmeg
    pinch allspice
    tablespoon of brown sugar

    Nuke for 2 minutes

    throw in some frozen fruit (blueberry is the best, bus strawberry or raspberry works )

    Nuke for 2 more minutes

    Fills you up and is very low cal and healthy

    Why not, both could be true. You come from a common ancestor and then a few hundred thousand years later you interbreed. 500 thousand years is a long time.

    Like any population there are assholes and nice folks. It's who you get.

    I've seen people in the Open Source community answer questions that would have had me saying "go buy a book". Particularly the PostgreSQL folks. I have watched them answer basic SQL questions that really don't belong on the lists where they are posted again and again - some of those guys are saints.

    Basically, 3% ruin it for the other 97%.

    Guess that's just life:-)

    The mainstream press never differentiates the type of vulnerability. I would say that 1 remote root exploit is worth at least a 100 local root exploits, maybe more if there is no remote exploit for the system at all.

    The mainstream media does not get this. But, neither do most computer users.

    I appreciate you perspective, and agree with it.

    I just thought it was funny that the violence in video games is "bad" until it benefits Uncle Sam.

    I love video game violence. I think that if you can not tell the difference between fantasy and reality and that causes you to do stupid things we should just put you out of your misery - video games should not be an excuse.

    I am actually all for our soldiers getting as immersive experience as possible before they find themselves in harms way.

    But, that does not mean that I will not take jabs at our lovely elected officials. With 290 Million people in the US I just wish one of the parties would find someone to run that isn't a moron.

    The funny thing is violence in video games suits the government just fine when it is used as a recruiting tool for the military as "America's Army" the video game.

    You can't sell a violent game, but the army can give it away for free.

    This is not software raid it is a SATA-RAID card so I am not exactly answering your question. Bet this card has worked well for me and they perform well too.

    I started to feel the same way at work so I started to exercise. I just brought some dumbbells into work - started with 25 LB now am up to 45 LB. You can do bicep curls, tricep extensions, military press, Arnold press, use them for pushups, hell I even roll out my guest stool and do flys. My co-workers might think it is weird, but f*ck-em.

    I started to feel sick until I started this regemin. I stop about every 30 minutes and do a set of 8 of one of the exercises.

    I also started taking the steps up to the 8th floor which helped as well.

    They are not metaphors Deuteronomy and Leviticus define the law. If you chose to not honor the prescribed punishment why should you honor the rest of the text. If the punishment is antiquated and no longer the word of god why not the whole thing.

    I love how you guys pick and choose what to follow but then hold the bible up as the absolute word of god.

    Let me ask you a question. If you got in a fight with some guy and he was kicking your ass and your wife ran up and punched him in the balls would you cut off her hand?

    Well that is what Deuteronomy 25:11-12 also tells you to do. BTW it also says that you should not feel bad about it when you do it.

    So unless you are willing to cut of your wife's had for helping you in a fight, I guess you have to invalidate the whole book.

    Tell them that they can have 2 hours and that is it. They are teenagers they will break that rule and then you provide a consequence.

    As far as it being easier for you when they are online, tough parenting is hard work.

    I do think it is great that you trust them and let them have time online to themselves, but you can, and should, still set limits.

    OK I have been trying to avoid this discussion, but I am so tired of this.

    We Americans didn't create the problems in the Middle East. Europe did. By pulling the Ootoman empire into WW1 and then having France and GB chop up the Middle East allong boundries that made absolutly no sense they firmly set the foundation for unrest. Then, by cutting and running when things got hot in their new "colonies" they ensured a perpetual mess.

    So I think that it is time for Europe to stand up and take some responsibility for the situation instead of just finger pointing.
