I am not surprised by this at all. Paypal face a lot of fraud but feel that they have a right to close accounts as they see fit.............. Never leave money sitting in your paypal account!

they have programs that try every combination at a domain from 0000001@gmail.com to zzzzzzz@gmail.com. that is why you are getting mailed.

that thing looks really dangerous, there is no roll bar and the pilot is totally exposed. Any kind of crash and that guy is dead.
