Um... why would they? RIAA is only one client of the law firm. None of his (or other judges listed) clients were mentioned either. This is a typical fluff press release, identical for companies and governments: make the people you just promoted look good. What has this to do with political party?
He probably doesn't, because it's only to an extremely small minority that it does. Outside of the relatively small number of people reading this website, you'd be amazed at how little awareness there is.

Umm... no, they didn't. Because in the old days, the RIAA would be the people with the money and power - ie, the nobility. They don't get beaten.
Reading the details of the homeless case shows that they tried (inadequately and improperly) to serve him when he was homeless; but that the alleged infringement occurred while he was living at the address they tried to use to contact him.
Interesting reading, but probably worth noting that they were in reference to Fox News Channel, not broadcast Fox News from what I could see. (Though I could not read the salon.com article, looks like I need to be a subscriber)
The various blackberry flavors for the last few years have also let you write and install your own software without notable restrictions.
If you want to distribute your app as a signed app, you have to pay a fairly low fee to get a certificate - $100, I think. But nothing requires you to sign your apps in order to distribute them; and standard J2ME works just fine. (Though of course you can also download the free blackberry sdk and take advantage of features specific to the BB, as well)
Dude... seriously, move on. Take a deep breath, and just... move on. In the grand scheme of things, he can have 2351 different IDs- and it would not matter one iota. Why on earth do you let him have so much control over you?
I think you may have been trying for 'funny', but just in case I'm misjudging: Fox News is broadcast on local Fox affiliate stations, same as NBC, CBS, etc. Fox News Channel has little news, and much opinion.
I'm curious - Fox News or the opinion shows on Fox News channel? The biggest issue Fox seems to have is that their opinion shows are on the channel called "Fox News" - which understandably causes people to think that their news is all right-wing biased.
Valid point; but realistically with today's landline and cellphone market, it's becoming more and more common for long distance to be included at a flat rate.
3720 / 1,321,851,888 = 0.0000028% chance of getting EV71. Actually... that'd be 0.00025% of the population who has it, which is in no way indicative of your chances of getting it.
Also, since it is fully "Web2.0" with a fully functional API, if you update your twitter status with "what you've been doing in your life" in the last 10 minutes... you can automatically push that status to Facebook, Myspace, AIM Status, livejournal, irc, all from one completely free microblogging site. And yet we complain when our "right to privacy" is presumed upon;)
But that brings me full circle back to my/original/ point: would you be as comfortable saying that if you were the one on the front line saying, "No, sorry, you're going to have to die - nothing we're going to do for you."
Probably only to a limited extent - after all, domains along those liens are very likely not 'tasted', but registered permanently because of their potential value.

Beyond that, I don't understand the point of the question? If you're turning on NoScript, you doubtless have NoFlash or something similar anyway.
Answer: yes, yes it is.

Meh. Not downloading games via bittorrent is more-or-less guaranteed to ensure that you don't get sued for it.

... if adding a single word to the dictionary is still a three-click process?

In my own mind, I am He-man's twin. No guarantees of how others may or may not perceive me.

So... pick another state? Nothing says that you have to choose the state of your residence...
I agree - and if there's a wee bit of term memory loss... wait, what was I saying?
Preaching to the choir, my brother. Or sister.
I can see that subtlety is not lost on this one! ;)
Yeah, I don't know what he was thinking. Surely he must have meant "This summary is an epic fail".
