    Yes. Getting out of debt should be far more important to you than the immorality of copying software from a faceless corporation.

    Speaking of book expenses, I've recently completely abandoned using university bookstores in favor of half.com and sometimes Amazon used books. They're such a better deal, it's unbelievable... and I sell mine on half as well. I don't care about the quality -- as long as it's the same ISBN, i'm a happy camper!

    I'm not sure which is better journalism though... on one end, you're looking more professional by not having stupid 14-year-old-girl talk on the front page. On the other end, you're cutting up someone's quote!

    I'd rather have it look nicer.

    Does anybody have a REALLY good feeling about this movie? I do. I think that this is one sequel that is going to rock its fans just as much as the original. These guys know what they have to live up to, and I think they're going to do it!

    Unlike Star Wars, which could go either way... I'm quite confident in this one, and have been from the start.

    But if you ask me, if you want ANYTHING to look nice, just apply the latest Mozilla Modern themes! I have mine in gnome and sawfish and it looks quite badass!

    As the Ex-AbuseDesk admin at a local ISP, I must say that I wanted to do that VERY badly, but wasn't allowed to. There's simply no way to get a response from them. I have absolutely no qualms about cutting communication off from them. It's just so frustrating for EVERYONE.

    On the other end, if many of those domains are in the Orbz or other blacklists, maybe just using those would be better.

    I had that problem when beta testing 8.1. Many of the important packages for that are the db* packages, I THINK:

    db3-3.1.17-1mdk
    db2-2.4.14-3mdk
    libdb3.2-3.2.9-2mdk
    db1-1.85-6mdk
    db3-utils-3.2.9-2mdk
    libdb3.3-3.3.11-5mdk
    libdb-devel-3.3.11-5mdk
    db2-devel-2.4.14-2mdk
    db1-devel
    db1-tools

    and so on... maybe try seeing if you have those, or drop a bug report to cooker.

    For me, my gnome is a bit messed up (i did a bunch of weird things with libpng and now png's don't display), so I want to try this!!

    No. If there is one thing I've learned, it is that there is no defending a sellout. Be it in general business, music, or any other form of entertainment. There is no defending the need to make extra millions when that person already has millions and millions of dollars.

    Lucas can go ahead and sellout. I'll take my respect elsewhere.
