    To be honest the building does move but not in a big way!

    For this reason, the sliding roof remains an integral part of the design for the new Wembley. Options such as a palletised pitch (moving a patchwork pitch in and out of the Stadium between events) or regularly re-laying the pitch were rejected as inappropriate for Wembley. Instead, computer models have been made of air movement and sunlight on the existing pitch and the unique moving roof designed for the new Stadium. This will be left open between events but can be moved to line up with the touchline within 15 minutes, ensuring every spectator is sheltered during an event. A further bonus is an improved TV image for fans watching at home. In bright sunlight the roof can be withdrawn to allow clear TV pictures uninterrupted by heavy shadows on the pitch. At 3pm on Cup Final day, for instance, only the two southern corner flags will be in shadow.

    And I doubt the underlying computer system to be anything related to MS.

    the manufacturers of the third party add-ons are making a mint off the iPod themselves. If their entire industry is based on the existance of the iPod, doesn't Apple have the authority to ask for a cut of the sales?

    Many many software companies based their products on the existance of Windows, does MS have the authority to ask for a cut of the sales?!!

    I do support your idea to some extent but

    * Even if blue-ray wins, license fees won't hurt MS (and any other licensee as well, cuz otherwise nobody would embrace it)
    * MS has other plans for Home Entertainment (i.e. Media Center)
    * Just because MS is supporting HD-DVD does not mean it's useless peice of crap (I know you didn't mention this ;-)

    PS:I wish all these guys could settle somehow so that I won't have to buy 2 or 3 types of device esp. the Chinese version! They never provide English manuals :-(

    FYI a map can NOT be GPL'd, a MAP is a document, hence the right license for a map is GNU FDL or simply GFDL

    On the other hand the problem is not just licensing a map, it IS licensing this sort of map! MTA is a A public-benefit corporation chartered by the State of New York. Can anybody explain what is the public benefit in suing people like this?!!
    If it's about Public Benefit then helping More than 9,000 people downloaded the map is truely for public benefit!
