    Google allows for it but in a lot of cases the validation of the email is quite poorly done and it doesn't allow for such an address.

    Well actually I see it in another way: probably in a few years Intel will have an absolute monopoly in the X86 arena. If they would be the only manufacturer of the CPU and chipset they would stand to make a shitload of money without caring for their brand as people wouldn't really have any choice.

    Yeah, but what if you are running this code in a VM? Then it's not so funny. Also from what I have read you can't really detect it, because the OS isn't aware when the CPU is running the SMM code.

    Until then you could try using Swiftfox which seems much faster than the stock browser.

    I have a different way. I set up a dovecot & fetchmail for GMAIL and I can still access my email online from wherever I go.

    Well in the civilised part of Europe my Modem is advertised at 110Mb and I usually get 70Mb when downloading from nearby servers(metro area).

    Actually what I like the most about ClearCase is when for no apparent reason the server crashes and only 50% of your views disappear. To be honest after working with the old SourceSafe I never thought I would ever find a more retarded SCM but for me ClearCase is no. 1

    Actually the MS Power Toy really sucks, I've been using VirtuaWin for a long time at work but I have to say nothing comes close to the functionality Kwin provides.

    Judging by what you are saying nobody should buy the A380 because it cannot land on most airports yet to quote from the wikipedia page

    The A380 can land or take off on any runway that can accommodate a Boeing 747

    Actually my bank has that and I guess almost all the banks in my country have something similar - they call it a DigiPass and basically it's a small electronic device where each time you want access to the Home Bank you enter a PIN and it returns a onetime password.

    I understood that they replace the Mesa libraries due to stupid design decisions in X(sorry but I lost the link). To be honest my current nvidia blob is the most stable X video driver I've ever ran so keep up the good work NVIDIA. Now if they added support for XrandR 1.2...
