I had a thought when I was watching it. I reckon Dooku will end up being Annikins father. That would be a surprise (to everyone who does not read this or forgets by episode III) and we could dispose of the crappy midiclorians.
If this happens I think i will get this comment framed :)

  3. Australia on Review: Star Wars Episode II, Attack of the Clones · · Score: 4, Funny

I just got home from watching it and I must say it really is quite good. One problem that Ihad though is that a lot of the minor characters ("uncle" owen, his father, amidalas security chief etc) are Australian tv actors, and it is a bit distracting. amidalas security chief specifically has been in an Australian childrens program called Play School so i kept imagining him singing the wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round....
    otherwise,great

Im sorry but I dont thnk the concept is interesting at all. You can draw very strong comparisons between this and all kinds of Art-house film competitions. Both industries are comercialised up the ying-yang and for the most part bereft of any originalty. You can pidgeonhole most movies (action,romance,comedy...etc) and games(rpg,fps...etc) and this is a natural byproduct of the cookie cutter, make another game with slightly better graphics.

Personnally i would really like for there to be no need for this kind of thing.

    we can only hope.

so what he is doing is pointing out that there is a "lie being fed" and therefore you are just agreeeing with what he says.

I dont really know about that. I mean westernern really only made huge advances in the last 150 to 200 years. there are only superficial differences technology wise between 15th and 18th century england. So maybe an eastern culture would have begun the similar industrial revolution kind of thing shortly after if westerers did not.

I really dont think there is any racism here. The fact that the book is trying to portray IMHO is that power corrupts and while we have Western Rapacity now there was just as likely going to be Eastern Rapacity. So really there is no racist crap. The idea applies equally to all.

This strikes me as a very bad move. Why would you improve "competing" products. If i remember back to biology this is because there are lots of green (Natural) foods but not so many blue ones and we therefore have allocated more cones in our eyes to distinguishing greens than blues.
This is why blue m-m's are an affront to nature :)
