Absolutly. Have we gotten to the stage where we are so lazy that we need a reminder in between or during our TV programs to do our laundry? Personally I think its a lot easier/cheaper to just keep an eye on the amount of stuff in the laundry basket and the contents of your sock drawer. If you cant do that already then you probably are not the kind of person that is going to buy this kind of system in the first place.

Oh fuck you! fuck you! fuck you! This is really starting to wind me up. Without fail every bloody time an article is on Slashdot about Guitar Hero there are always a group of people who come crawling out of the woodwork to say "Oh why would you want to spend your time playing a guitar game? Why not just go and by a real guitar and learn how to play that?". YOUR MISSING THE POINT! It's a game! It's fun! I play driving games...So why dont I go out and buy a car and race that round a track? I play GTA so whhhyyyy dont I just go out and steal a car and murder a few hookers for real instead.... It's a game for godsake. take your high and mighty "Oh I can play a real guitar so I'm going to look down my nose on anyone who even dares to play a game" attitude and shove it up your puckered sphincter. (end of rant)

  19. Correct me if I'm wrong on Why Can't Motion and Rumble Get Along? · · Score: 2, Insightful

I might be wrong on this (and I probably am so feel free to call me out on it) but doesnt the Wii use some kind of sensors attached to the top of your TV screen to triangulate the position of the controller while the PS3 controller actually uses tilt sensors built into the controller itself. Perhaps this is why the Wii can get away with using rumble without interfearance.
