The only issue for super-storage is the lack of SDHC support. That's hard to fix, since it would (most likely) require a hardware update, but if SD issues remain in the Firmware, then a simple update should be able to support SD cards greater than 2GB.
I've been playing Combat Arms off and on, and have to say for free it's definitely not a bad game. Granted, it takes a while to push through the ranks, and the weapons "buying" is really renting, but that's not the only challenge. It seems the recoil and accuracy are more realistic, prompting a dire need for 3-shot bursts, unlike Counterstrike. Runs smoothly, even on old(er) hardware, and is constantly updating.
Granted, my review may be useless in slashdot comments, but the game itself is (very) enjoyable, and worth the download.
I can see the benefit of free hosting to this, but I also sense it'll be a while before all the mods take advantage of this new system. I'd like to think that Garry's Mod 10 counts as the first MOD to try this approach, and as long as I've been playing, it seemed to work pretty well.
Also, Facebook claims that it will be implementing XMPP eventually. That would bring millions of users an open standard chat protocol. And hopefully make currently-buggy facebook chat actually work.
OT, but I was wondering if you had a source on the facebook chat XMPP thing or if it was just a rumor.
Personally, I think marijuana might provide an advantage in that it supposedly breaks down the users normal tendency to focus on single things. It used to be said that listening to music while stoned allowed you to hear each instrument more clearly. Don't know if any of that is true tho.
My experience has taught me that the last part of your statement is very true.
"There is a two- to eight-year incubation period for mad cow disease. Because most cattle slaughtered in the United States are less than 24 months old, the most common mad cow disease test is unlikely to catch the disease, the appeals court noted. If the government does not control the tests, the USDA is worried about beef exporters unilaterally giving consumers false assurance."
Folks seem to neglect this minor detail that it is ultimately a good thing the USDA is taking measures to prevent mis-information and FUD from affecting beef exports.
Quite the rarity, a government organization trying to prevent a feeling of false security.
If that is true, I would hope this can help issues with SSD implementation. Sadly, I don't know as much as I should but it seems like it would help. Numbers aside, wouldn't speed increases like this help to establish the possibility of SSD raid configurations?
Well, it may help to read this article for those of us who were considering a foxconn board for a cheap linux box. A story like this is just enough to convince me to stick with my favorite brand, even if it's a little extra money.
A very good point, and so I looked it up on the Relakks website.
"RELAKKS Safe Surf enjoys the strongest legal protection possible under Swedish Law because of the service type (pre-paid flat-rate service). This means that RELAKKS do not have to keep an ordinary customer database (to be able handle transactions etc.). This is of importance if forced to hand over information.
If Swedish authorities can prove beyond reasonable doubt that they have a case for demanding subscription information from RELAKKS (they have to be of the opinion that if convicted the user will be imprisoned â" fined not enough). .
RELAKKS then have to hand over the subscription information entered by you (but thatâ(TM)s all). RELAKKS do not store any subscribtion information about you except what you entered yourself when signing up for the RELAKKS Safe Surf service.
For Swedish authorities to force RELAKKS to hand over âoetraffic dataâ including your RELAKKS IP at a specific point in time, they will have to prove a case with the minimum sentence of two years imprisonment.
Regarding inquires from other parties than Swedish authorities RELAKKS will never hand over any kind of information." Source: https://www.relakks.com/faq/legal/
Seems they'd need more then just one red flag to get your registration info, but that would be prior to the wiretap law.
I think you might have more time than that. You could possibly grow a crop of sugar cane and make your own company of soda and beverages before the firefox domains resurface.
Even drinking too much water has been known to kill people.
There was a story awhile ago about a woman who died from drinking a large excess of water. I believe the poster was referring to that story.

We'll be fine, as long as an archaeologist doesn't find remnants of a DC-8 that requires carbon dating.
Now that would be cause for concern.

I, for one, welcome our new moth ov...
Oh wait, they don't like the smell.
Thank god you're modded +5 Informative, I never knew about a UMDF for XP.
For all the reasons they'd have to do it, there's also a lot of people who'd like to embarrass that group by acting in their name.
No joke. Seems like no matter who did it, it makes Scientology look bad.

I'm just curious, WHAT users?
And nobody can shred on a guitar like an coked up hair band
Or a bandana covering Lysergic Acid Diethylamide on an open wound.
A very swell explanation. I doubt anyone can word it better.

I was about to agree with you. Then I RTFA:

P.S. Mod parent up, it's VERY relevant.
Worse than Shado the Brain Theif, anyhow.

My ignorant two cents.
One would hope. I would like to think that saving the girl's life is compensation enough.
Another thing about the machine is that, after it saved her life, the doctors and staff have used it for other patients in emergency situations.

Capitalism 1, Foxconn 0.
It could be another excuse for BitTorrent/LimeWire throttling or, even worse, blocking.
I thought this was one of those questions about upgrading to XP with a vista home laptop. My mistake.

Majority rule and democracy in general only work (well) if the people are educated.
