    mig-29 does something like that - to protect the engine from gravel when on the ground, the normal air inlets are close and the engine sucks the air basically from above.

    a juristic person is neither a real person nor considered people. it is just a legal construct which gives some rights and duties to a corporation as an entity. a juristic person has got much less rights than a natural person.

    doubt so. if nvidia had something against ati, they would already use it because ati is the main competitor. anyway, ati was out there way longer than nvidia, so the possibility that nvidia has got more patents is not very strong.

    via bought not only cyrix but also centaur (idt winchip). all via cpu's, even those with cyrix name, were designed by centaur.

    sorry, but you are the one fanboi looking silly. you claimed that there are more apps for iphone than there were ever for windows mobile. i proved you wrong by showing just a russian site which has a comparable number of windows mobile apps as the whole iphone app store. if you are too stupid to understand this, i am sorry for you.

    as for competing with iphone app store: it might be difficult for you to understand it, but other vendors don't lock their products that tight so the apps can be downloaded from any location, not just a central store.

    to make the long story short, you made a claim, i proved you wrong, you couldn't gasp it.

    Windows Mobile was their only lightweight option but it never picked up enough traction to seriously compete with a "real" operating system. Apple had more apps running on the iPhone in the first six months than MS ever had for Windows Mobile.

    dude, you are a major liar. the site hpc.ru alone currently counts 13539 applications for windows mobile and there are waaaaaaaay more out there. also, all the custom business apps written for windows mobile (for example pretty much every package delivery company like dhl or ups uses windows mobile devices for telematics) make it the currently largest handheld platform

    not really. mac are better than linux fonts, that's for sure, but vista (and even xp) beats macos x hands down.

    this may rise the resolution of the fonts a bit, but still, the linux fonts themselves are ugly as hell and have strange kerning.

    you might call me a troll, but it is pretty easy to spot kde or gnome by the fugly font rendering. you can say about vista what you want, but fontwise vista is the best operating system out there.

    the most hardware is provided with driver cds for xp so you won't even need to download the driver. also, on the cd and in the manual you can see the manufacturer.

    Actually, Hitler never was a president of Germany. He came second in the 1932 presidential election, but was appointed as a chancellor about a year later. Even after he seized the control of Germany, he never called himself president. The only president of the Nazi Germany was Karl Dönitz, only for about three weeks, though.

    there is plenty of wildlife in the chernobyl area now, but the only reason for it is the absence of humans.
    genetically, chernobyl mice are more different from normal mice than mice are different from rats.
