It seems it isn't even necessary even more to RTPUTA (read the posts underneath the article). Oh and next time, form an opinion, instead of giving some offtopic brainless reply. Do you even understand the subject for the matter?

I agree that windows might be^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H is overpriced. However, your example isn't a very good one. Would MSFT still make a profit selling windows for only 3 bucks? I wouldn't think so. To be able to prove the fact that windows is overpriced one should know the current profit margin, not the price the shady guy at the docks wants you to pay.

Second, maybe the EU will recognize the importance of shifting away from MS software, and possibly even offer incentives of some sort. If a single foreign company can put every EU company at a competitive disadvantage, willfully or otherwise, maybe it's time to seriously re-evaluate your dependencies.
(sorry for making another post, but I just couldn't resist) As if the US aren't as dependant on MS products! (really, if the situation was reversed you would be bashing MS like hell) MSFT has been building a monopoly and abused it constantly without anyone holding them back. Maybe the EU realised it too late, but at least they're trying to do something about it! Biting the flamebait sucks, but it was too much, even for me.

My point is: it really depends on character and I'm inclined to think that most pedophiles are mentally healthy and are able to control their desire, while a bunch of sickos can't control themselves. The self justification part is quite normal in human behaviour when they know they're wrong.

That's in fact a real problem here in Belgium: there's a low transfer limit, typically about 10-20GB. The ISP's promote online multimedia heavily, but the ads don't mention the artificial limit on the "online digital high definition multimedia experience" (or whichever buzzword combination is popular at the moment). From a lot of Dutch people I hear the situation over there is much better (higher speeds, higher transfer limits (Fair Use Policy) and lower prices)...
