I don't know, I've been getting more into music lately and almost have a band together. The thing is, we're all college students, and then most of us are going to go on to be engineers and scientists, and if we keep up with it, we're not going to have time for many live performances, while recording can even be done long distance. I doubt #2 and #4 are going to be our product, and although it's for fun, making money at it is a good thing. We're probably going to go with the "Put everything up on a website as CC and beg for donations" route, or maybe the Jonathan Coulton "CC but you have to pay for it" route. but I can understand #1 being a big part. Music is EXPENSIVE to make well and I can understand people with other day jobs not being able to gig.
He's less conservative, that's liberal enough for America.
Sadly enough, for any real liberals, our choices are to vote for Obama, and hope he wins, or vote for someone else, who will not win, and will possibly get the worse of the two elected.
From a liberal point of view, Obama is infinitely better than McCain, for the same reason that one meal a day is infinitely better than none. It might not be the best thing, but it is better than nothing.
I wonder if PROM/EPROM is any cheaper than flash, as I suppose it would benefit from the same advances, and a movie only really needs to be flashed once.
I remember reading all four of those during high school, which for me was 2001-2006, though I'm certain Animal Farm was for my own leisure. The remaining three I read for school, but the only one I'm sure that wasn't elective reading instead of required was Brave New World. I'm glad I read all of them though.
Except it would be like 2 new colors that no one could see.
There would have to be significant amounts present as rNTPs to transcribe it, and it would have to bond to specific tRNAs
It would, in computer terms, be like adding two instructions, but the processor can't quite handle them.
Amazon.com's shipping for a small paperback book (manga, to be exact) comes to $3.99
I think that's the standard, and the tax reflects the amount plus shipping.
The full 8.75% sales tax rate. Not only that, but the price taxed also includes the shipping. Not that that should surprise me but it certainly does annoy me. Amazon is suddenly becoming much less of a good buy than it was.
Thank you Albany.
Although usually it's just a hash of the message, not the entire message, due to processing constraints.
At least that's how it was a while ago. Processors have gotten a LOT better.
As well, I have read that the stress due to the whole TMI incident caused increased levels of cancer to people nearby.
So, worrying about TMI cost more lives than TMI.
If the Democrats were really economically progressive, they would be opposed to the sales tax. It's one of the best examples of a regressive tax out there. The income tax is a lot better at taking from those who can afford it.
However, as I'm sure others will note, Democrats tend to support sales taxes. New York is highly Democrat, and you see 8.75% sales tax. I still don't see the purpose of this.
Tax the money once, when people earn it. Tax it well.
I wanted to get full-page charts for a lab I was writing up.
It took me a long time to figure out no commonly available free spreadsheet would give me full page charts where I can mouse over a data point and see its value.

If anything, Obama is nothing, and McCain is poison.

but then if you are a clever hacker, you'll start your attack at 'z'

laptop owners.
Or sometimes thereabouts. It's just a gaseous battery, effectively.

I have a brand new Intel Macbook. No TPM.
Not to be pedantic, but Atheos doesn't exist. They have a wikipedia article about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pastafarianism
Not really.
A large percentage of the assets of the most wealthy is in stocks. Should they not be taxed fairly?

What I, at least, want is a progressive tax, where those who can afford more, pay more.
However, as I'm sure others will note, Democrats tend to support sales taxes. New York is highly Democrat, and you see 8.75% sales tax. I still don't see the purpose of this.

Only if they look. Or use Gentoo.

Side point, but the wii I have is hooked up to a 13" tv and it still can accommodate at least 3 people at the same time easily.
