It is entirely possible to overdraw a bank account without paper checks. You could have and ACH debit come in, merchants could be offline and store and forward your transaction, etc, etc.
Keep in mind, that the "voting history" in the summary is easy to sensationalize. In most cases it only means you were issued a ballot, and possibly for mail-in ballots that you returned it. No state has a history of what actual voting selections were made.
If you have 70% men (e.g. 70 men) and 30% women (e.g. 30 women) - then pick the top 70% of the men and top 30% of the women: 1 you probably still have way too many people (58 hires), and if you took them all you would end up with ~84% men to ~16% women.

I can't wait: "thanks to the Reviver's Rplate Pro, registration can be paid via the internet". Maybe, maybe if they would have said I could pay for it with "an app" I'd be sold. But really, almost all tag renewals can already be paid "via the internet", and they just mail you your replacement tag/decals. If CA can't do this today, start?
I really have gotten used to the gmail interface, despite having my feature request to add an "ORDER BY" keyword command for years. I really don't see why Google refuses to implement this?
Don't want face ID, and don't want on-screen fingerprint ID either! My android has on-edge fingerprint today and works perfect, integrated in to the side mounted power button. I'm already pushing it anyway, can touch without messing the screen and don't have to move my hand again since it is where my finger will naturally rest when holding the phone. No need to be an imitator when you are already best!
Really Google - addons? I've been waiting since the first web keyword introduction for a simple to implement 'ORDER BY' command. I've embraced the "search don't file" mailbox management style, but lack of ORDER BY output is nuts.
Same here, I use Feedly for backend and if I want to access my feed from a PC; use gReader Pro on my phone. My RSS collection is my primary source of news. I even have a couple of low volume Twitter feeds in there (via twitrss.me).
Almost all of the "secure door" readers are actually very dumb, and will let basically any card with any kind of account number on the mag stripe open the door. I've opened them with gift cards and rewards cards. The doors are not normally networked to any sort of identification system. They are usually tied to a motion sensor and will not not open if someone is still in the enclosure, and will record the stripe data that is presented to them.
Why should anyone expect some random WLAN to be "safe" - they are trying to get to the Public Internet, this is just another Public inter-Network along the way.
Calling line ID spoofing is very common in corporate systems. Some carrier require to you identify you call to them, but still allow you pass a spoofed ID on to the called party. There are some very legitimate reasons for this such as: Changing your call back number to a toll-free number, and maintaining the original calling number on forwarded calls.
"A well educated electorate, being necessary to the democratic function of a free state, the right of the people to keep and read books, shall not be infringed."
So along this same analogy - would you expect that the types of books and manner of keeping them are subject to restriction/regulation?
Because this is how you get Space Force!
HAHA no, laws only apply to you! Police have special exemptions in the law to let them use mobile phones, even operate a laptop while driving!
Man, I can't even get a name for my startup company, even furryballsploppedmenacinglyonthetableinc.com is being park squated by a registrar!

OK editors, using little endian date formatting in the summary now? That makes me furious! News for Nerds demands ISO 8601!
When encryption is outlawed, only outlaws will

So when you walk your dog - where do you put the poo? In nice breathable paper sacks?
emacs is "a great operating system, lacking only a decent editor"

Karma police
Arrest this man, he talks in maths
He buzzes like a fridge, he's like a detuned radio

Came here for this - good day!

This is literally a vulnerability in the "libStageFright" operating module - not a marketing term.
Have to agree with the Wikimedia Foundation - just think how much of your college education was supported by them!
