Agree. The Engineering faculty (Tehran Uni) built a competitive Solar Challenger for the Darwin-Adelaide run about 4 years ago. They never made it due to a mixup in transportation - but they got about halfway to Australia. They missed the deadline and returned home. All their hard work was on the uni site (in English BTW), with pics, video etc I was curious and managed to google some of the students' work and traced them on certain engineering user groups. One was after a high output German panel (just like the rest of the competitors), another was looking for other parts etc. Just what you would expect engineering students to do, sourcing the right kind of parts and so on. Check it out: http://www.ut.ac.ir/en/contents/Colleges-Faculties/College-Engineering/College.of.Engineering.html - Looks world class to me. Page loading is a bit slow;) I bet there's some filtering and snooping going on.
Current Renaults* have excellent user controls. A level above pretty much everything else on the road. Brilliant cruse controls, fast onboard computer, efficient stereo, aircon etc. Better than the VW/Audi clones. Entry - startup and off-exit from these vehicles is superfast. Someone in Renault spent a lot of time in cabin design and driver operation. It is well thought out and very much appreciated. Now by adding a device that can show you proper telemetry would be a real bonus. Not only that, but you get some sort of wi-fi access as well. With car-to-car shared telemetry and sensor access just over the horizon this can only be a bonus. Renault (also read Nissan+Samsung cars and electronics) are real future thinkers. Don't discount them. I bet Samsung will make the tablet and Renault will incorporate it into pretty much all their models. The only problem I see, is that certain countries may not get the benefit of the device as some free services (like RDS News and Traffic) have been monopolised by 3rd party vendors. I can see this happening with services being crippled by providers.
To operate with that bank on-line, you need an Internet acc number (which is different to a normal account number), and at least a password. Additional secret question knowledge is required for 2 answers to set up a new transfer. Then, and only then is the SMS verification code needed. He must of been very slack to have made all that info available to the scammers. Congrats to the bank to have picked it up. It's not the $45000 'raising a red flag' either. Once they rang me for confirmation because I sent a donation to a German software foundation - it was only $20.
I agree. Piracy without profit is different to counterfeiting and charging for downloads. I can't see a reason to complain about the takedown, maybe by a different gov organisation.
Thanks. If I don't get results from Endeavour Energy, then I'll make some noise. I have an Aerosharp 3KW. The last guy who came said that some inverters can be tweaked to get past the 255v limit.
You are already guilty by hacking and will probably be imprisoned. If I were you, I would immediately wipe all traces of your existence on the net, quit your job and go live in Mongolia or North Korea. Hopefully they won't catch you there.
I have complained. They sent out 2 guys who took measurements that confirmed the Inverter's digital readout. Then they sent another guy who put up 2 data meters; one on the pole leading to my house and another on the local transformer. The problem is real and I'm doing something about it. FYI: At peak load 6~9am and 4~7pm, the solar power does feed into the grid system. As soon as the peak power drops in the neighbourhood, the system switches off. Also, there were verbal guarantees that voltages up to 260V will not damage household equipment. That I don't believe.
Damnit. It's more than 240V - More like 255V and beyond. It's a scam by the power providers to increase voltage past 255V so Solar feed into the grid systems won't work. Why? Because then they don't have to pay as much subsidy to the home producer. The Gov backs this because they too have to pay a subsidy to the owner. All in all, I've lost over $500 per quarter because of a high grid voltage.
FYI: It's a new movement. To satisfy the subjective feelings of obligation when presented with a reply button or submit box on the myriad of websites out there, as well as confusing the hell out of others, entering 'I have no opinion" etc is the way to go: It satisfies the need to respond. It takes almost no thought. You fill in the blank, therefore you have contributed. Others may respond, thus making you feel somewhat valuable. Try it. There is a new Facebook page: Search for 'I have no opinion'
I'm hoping too. I have this suspicion that Western knowledge has effectively died out. Victoria LePage's "Mysteries of the Bridechamber" examines the concept that true dyadism between a 'married' couple wasn't just for making babies, but had a much greater purpose that Jesus taught. This knowledge is now gone. No-one remembers it, even the High Catholic Church has a limited concept of this. There are other examples of this sort of thing.
Well yes, it is. Ritual is esoteric, and understanding the symbolism of the ritual helps to understand the esotericism behind it, which would be passed from lip to ear or by example or by analogy - like 'As Above, So Below'. I was just hoping for more:(
Now someone go and read Dean Swift, who, in Gulliver's Travels, used reported experiments from the Royal Society by example, described in Gulliver's voyage to Laputa.
Apart from the technical feat of decoding the manuscript, I got the impression that the content had little esotericism and too much ritual - based on 18th century FreeMasonry. In that way, it is very disappointing. Almost proving that the Masons had very little esoteric knowledge, the ultimate foundation of a hidden society.

The paint would be easy here. I've seen this color matcher at Lowe's....
John Stewart of The Daily Show has now identified Lowe's as a supplier to terrorists.

I have a Laguna 2.2 Turbo diesel. It recognises my touch. Very little lag. Do not have your mobile/cell phone near your Renault card!

*Yes, I own an upmarket Renault and a VW Clone.

I reckon there'll be huge limestone caves.
The Persians WERE the Zoroastrians, and from India for that matter. The last vestiges of the religion is now the Parsi in India. Islam destroyed it.
Get the Mythbusters to do it.

It is not unbelievable and it is happening. Why do you disbelieve?

I have no opinion about this.
What was the point of it anyway? Total waste of time - just another file type that needs to be converted - stupidstupidstupid. Web disaster too.

OK. Not something average person will do. More a malware/phish/ security thingy.
Thanks
