Like the inferiority of Openoffice vs MsOffice. (even vs MsOffice2003 for god's sake). Or aMSN vs Messenger (esp. webcam support).
It's all about the apps. Any Linux app. that is not computer-related, is inferior to its commercial counterpart. (Excepting firefox and ffmpeg. May be a development model like mozilla's is needed to reverse the general stagnation)
Speedtests produce different numbers because of the different TCP settings.
I bet you if you download an.iso from your ISP's ftp server and you measure the time it gets to finish, the results would be exactly the same irrespective of the OS.
By burning limestone (CaCO3) which releases CO2 So we have CO2 released by the fuels to burn the stone, and CO2 released by the stone itself. Pretty nasty equation

Gelatine (or equivalent veg. products) have been added to ice-cream since the beginning of time. Not for antifreeze. It has to do with preserving the colloidal properties of the mixture. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colloid

Britain is America's poodle. This guy, for all intends and purposes, has to be tried in the UK, by the British system. Does the USA extradite American nationals to the UK? Do they extradite them e.g. to Italy, where several CIA agents have been sentenced (in absentia) for conspiracy?
