    To my knowledge, the Feds are only allowed to restrict image use based on its classified status.

    I thought use of the presidential seal was restricted. I've not seen the photos so I dont know if they
    have it or not.

    Just going by the people I know with these devices, I'd say people with Iphones
    probably have much more disposable income than owners of dsIs.

    Also, the Iphone has sold about twice as many units as the dsI.

    It wouldn't surprise me if ACTA eventually requires countries to abide by patents held in other countries?

    They're either going to have tens of thousands of them or hoping to get really lucky.

    Also, due to the expense involved, it has also been suggested that some data could be sold off to private companies, or the drones could be used for commercial purposes

    So we'll see TV shows featuring footage captured by drones?

    Google might buy it too but if its targeting people it'll make obscuring faces harder.

    Someone hacks the device you're using and they decide to revoke keys in devices without a hardware upgrade
    The movie studio decides that 'buying' a movie means you only get to play it an arbitrary number of times

    It probably only really cost $50 million to make. The special effects cost five times as much because they used a newer version of some software
    and made a CGI film in 3D which is has never been done before. The more capitals you have in the promotional crap the more expensive a film is.
    The rest was Hollywood Accounting (tm). oh and they spent almost 47 dollars on the script. Thats a lot these days.

    I cant wait for Avatar 2: Revenge of the Smurfs in 8D. Then we'll see a sequal to Spinal Tap in 11D.

    A site called zookz tried this. $9.99 per month for unlimited downloads of 1500 movies & 50000 music tracks.
    They claimed a WTO ruling allowed them to do this. It disappeared after about 3 days.

    do not potentially allow changes to be made to products and prices after an agreement is made.

    As I've said numerous times, this is why EULAs are unenforcable in the UK. It does not stop Apple from adding a feature or function in the future and requiring the user to agree to new T&Cs. It also means they cant force an upgrade with new T&Cs without giving the buyer the option of a refund.
