You cannot shittalk Windows 3.1. It was great in the day - it NEVER crashed. Ever. I remember messing around with mspaint and such in it as a child. I loved it.
The state of ATI drivers on anything but OSX is utter shit. I got a Radeon 9700 Pro from a friend (currently have a nVidia GeForce 5200 FX) and I tried adding it, and I couldent get it to work with linux or windows. I took out old drivers and everything, but it didnt work. Worked very well in OSx86 though:)

Its funny that so many people made such a big deal out of this. I was talking to this one guy on IRC who was paranoid about it - he thought it was going to attack him (lol). There was even a #eon8 channel made on EFnet..Around a hour before it went to 0, it got flooded to hell. I dont understand why people got so worked up about it..

People should not use/msg nickserv pass on connect. They should be using scripts that check that nickserv is on a certain server (services.int, services.* etc etc) and its hostname matches.The IRC server should also have *serv juped/qlined so nobody can set their nick to *serv.
Of course, if someone was able to nab lilo's password, every user password may have been ripe for the taking.

What a bullshit excuse! I have been proficient with Linux, and Unix in general, since I was twelve years old! It simply takes a mix of curosity and patience. There are all kinds of guides you can find online on everything from deploying a LAMP (Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP) to deploying/admining Samba to setting up a cups print server. Stop being a slack ass.

However, one thing that really bugs me, is that each comments rating is all the way on the right side..So while im scanning threw posts my eye has go to right to left and such..Unlike before when all the important imformation was in one cluster....Annoying.
Anyway, about the top 100 list, im dissapointed Ubuntu made the list. Ubuntu is nothing special, its just a fucking distro. I can consider hundreds of things better than fucking ubuntu!
