The exact rule is: "The contest is open to all students who are thirteen (13) years of age or older on November 27, 2007. Students must be enrolled in a pre-university".
Unless you count minors. Or (in many (most(?)) states) convicted felons... even those who have served their time to society in prison. Or people mistakenly listed as a felon.
Of course, America is not a democracy. It is a republic. The people (at least those allowed to vote) vote for people to represent them. But there's (almost) never more than ten people for each office on a ballot (usually less). And no one in the world shares the exact same views. So the people who do vote have to choose the person who appears to have the most similar views. Then the person they voted for has to win. Then they hope that they were right about their "representative's" views. And that those views don't change. So, no, the responsibility for the war does not fall to the majority of Americans. Some of them, yes. But to say that living in America makes you responsible for the war is asinine.
---A (for obvious reasons anonymous) person in America who can't vote, but disagrees with the war
That's exactly what i was thinking as i scrolled through these comments. Think maybe Microsoft managed to get a company to write some kind of bot to take old/. posts about windows, switch the words linux and windows around and repost them in any linux related threads?:)
Yeah, I LUV linux too. Because it breaks. A lot. And people give me good money to fix it. So I say Microsoft's monopoly is just job security. But I'll still use windows at home.

You can get a learner's permit or state ID even earlier (in most of FL, twelve or older lets you get an ID, and in three counties there isn't any age requirement.)
Actually, it should be "Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers have stopped loving Microsoft YEAARRGH!" Lameness filter avoidance needed to here, which needs to be long to fully counteract the actual content here.
When people argue politics with me, my first question is: "In the last election, did you vote?". If the answer is no, then I refuse to discuss politics, after telling them "I don't care what you think, your opinion doesn't matter!". Really? Fuck you. What about people who CAN'T legally vote? This includes everyone under eighteen, people who have been accused of a felony, people who have actual mental problems, and probably a few other categories I don't know of. Then there's people who have to work all day, and can't get off to vote, just to get enough food to survive. There are plenty of people who want to vote and can't. Then there's people who didn't vote because the thik ALL THE CANDIDATES SUCK. FUCK YOU.
The lameness filter sucks. I would have posted this in the comment, but I can't because the lameness filter is misnamed: the need to take out the ness part.
You (as well as everyone who got an invite in the past, which includes me (T3H AWESOME!!!11!!)) still are "the very select, very few, Chosen and Invited Ones of the email aristocracy". But now other people get to visit.
A Gmail account is a Google account, but a Google account is not a Gmail account. The Gmail account works anywhere a Google accout is requested (suffixed with "@gmail.com" or not). That's why it says you can sign in with a Google account... one that was created through Gmail, not another service.
By RPM I assume you are reffering to reverse polish notation? If so, I am 13 and know it perfectly well, so stop saying there are people too young to use it.

Yes, UbuntuDupe is a troll, but that is no reason to make somthing up. The original post to the Ubuntu Forums was made on January 27th, 2006. The first version of Ubuntu to have the Desktop (Live/Install) and Alternate (Text-Only Install) instead of Live and (Text-Only) Install CDs was Ubunntu 6.06 LTS, which was released June 06, 2006. So at the time this started, the live and install CDs were seperate.

Bad idea. If someone starts a business and it flops, why should they not be allowed to start a new business?
