There's no excuse for region locking, especially on a handheld console. If people don't care, they should, because it shows that the company thinks it can walk all over its customers.
I don't like the fact that it has animation effects that can't be disabled (sliding animations when you alt+tab), i don't like that the panel and desktop stuff have their own looks that don't follow the selected widget theme. Dunno if that's been changed since the version available in debian stable, but i want everything to look like something old and simple like windows 98. i don't want transparency or rounded window edges or animation effects.
