So why do some religious people think life has no meaning for atheists, yet it does for them? They're the ones believing that they are living in a simulation run by God.

The OLPCs won't get into the hands of people under an oppressive government, because oppressive governments won't buy them for the people they are trying to starve.

The OLPCs are for people in developing countries who have governments that are trying to improve their people's conditions, and have already solved the immediate food problems, and are now moving onto problems like lack of education, health, and wealth.

Forks don't exist! They are filthy lies made up by so-called Open Sores coders! Sure, programs get bugfixes and new features once in a while, but nobody has ever seen a program fork in the software company! That is because it just doesn't happen! All programs were designed by intelligent developers for their own unique purpose! Look at your desktop, it is full of evidence of this! Do not listen to the filthy lies told by Open Sores heretics, purchase only software made by Microsoft! Windows Vista can now detect when it is crashing, and reboot quickly so you will hardly notice it!

Well, they could have guessed that something was up when Macrovision offered an update on their website.

It must have been very curious why Macrovision offered the update, but it was not in Windows Update. That meant that very few Windows users would install the update.

Comparing the old to the new version might have offered some clues as to what's going on, and allow them to find a way to exploit the old version.

Warcraft looks like Warhammer, because Games Workshop didn't want to licence their world to Blizzard when they were making Warcraft, so Blizzard made their own fantasy world. And GW published some mediocre video games in the meantime (with some notable exceptions, such as Space Crusade in 1991 and Dawn of War recently).

This was such a smart business decision by GW that they are currently both shifting from their current lead-free metal to 100% platinum in their metal miniatures AND planning a 90% price decrease at the same time!
