It is about time someone took the mickey out of some of these games. They are just games for Jebus sake. The Simpsons is probably the only franchise that could get away with it as it takes the mickey out of most things.
Even though i am pro M$ (despite having a mac at home) i still find ie7 annoyingly glitchy and counterintuitive. You can't reorder feeds (and sometimes your favourites) in the side bar by drag'n'drop. Sometimes RSS entries need several clicks to launch the relevant article. And don't get me started on the whole menu/toolbar thing.
Is this the one? In which case all they were patenting was an application that worked out which bits of the company you could outsource. It seems very vague to say the least.
Could be intersting if your foe has some of those 'extreme' fundementalist beliefs. Just the thought of their army 'swapping sides' would be enough to freak em out.
Well said. When you consider ALL the possible sounds you could make with a guitar, saying I can only play these 8 notes is just so limiting. Yeah, it will sound like a guitar solo in C# (.Net fans) but do we really need another one of those? Check out Derek Bailey, Thurston Moore(Sonic Youth), Keith Rowe(AMM), et al.
So, which one should be taught in college? Now justify your choice over ALL the others. It's not really a question of which one do you like and use, its a question of which ones should be taught in the future and possibly become the de facto way of doing things.
You could store hi-def content on a floppy disk if you wanted to. The question is does the size of the media allow you to store enough to do anything useful with?
It's alright. The switch to consoles has started and it's only a matter of time before they ditch the desktop all together. Then all them there computers will become irrelevant.
As long as you don't mind using M$ stuff then windows mobile is quite good. I haven't touched it for a couple of years but it always came with an emulator so you could run your programs without actually having to download them to a real phone. It probably all depends on your language of choice. If you work in VB or C# then its fairly simple to move from the desktop to the 'dog and bone'.
I take it all back, Blender is not an X11 app like I suggested it was. Still it does have a funny menu and the toolbars never seem to draw correctly on my McBook. Looks like an X11 one.
Just read the articles and it doesn't bear much similarity to the summary Taco posted. There is a M$ press release that describes a off-site document hosting set up. As long as you have Office installed on a machine you can download/edit/review documents from the server anywhere in the world. Not really comparable to Googles offerings.
Itchy & Scratchy cartoon exclusive to that game.
Yeah, but George is going to be replacing Bill when he leaves.
Code Monkey. Nuff said.

It all depends who is editor at the moment.
Perhaps its all part of Gods intelligent design? ;)
Nah, Shatner would be a gaseous nebula.

Found this list of asteroid names. Looks like anyone can get their name on a bit of rock if they want. Nice to see one called Zappafrank though.
Getting the "Chinese Internet Security Response Team" website to deliver malware. Way to go.

Remember when Steam was released? Everyone complained that you had to download so much software just to browse and buy a game. Over a dial up line.

Is that free as in beer or free as in ... err .. beer?
I hear he likes to drink beer.

Especially as Laika was temporary project manager at the time.
I find for me that Blenders toolbars get lost within windows, within windows, within windows, etc thanks to X11.
