    That is correct. In fact the worst case is that the earth develops a shell of very fast moving particals that makes it impossible to travel through and we all end up stuck here. this is one of the reasons why some people say that there are no space races because the never paid any attention to what they were leaving up there. The same as we are now. All it will take is one 'space war' people shooting down spy satalites left and right for it to happen.

    Exactly. Dump the shuttle and use the Russian manned and supply systems to maintain the ISS. Then use the freed up shuttle money to build a propper 'space only' bus, via the current heavy lift systems sending up parts, to go places like the Moon, Mars, asteroids and Venus. Using the ISS as its home port.

    Based on how people identify themselves on MySpace. In the current population 116 Million plus users world wide, only 600 or so identify themselves as girls 15 years old or younger. You would have better luck standing outside a middle school. Yes I have the data.

    "MySpace had it's 15 seconds, and IMO is heading out the door." Really, MySpace poplation is increasing by a million of so per week. Out of the original 6 million pages, 2 million are still accessed by their owners at least once every couple of days. And of those active pages only 18% are identified as being owned by teenage girls(15-19). (5% are sex/age undifined).

    Big problem with your statment is that everyone knows that the United States never went did land men on the moon. It was all a big cold war show.

    If the lens is not open then they cannot hit the camera. Only open the lense to take a picture. The shutter need not even be mechanical it can be electrical. Not even the Chinese can muster enough power to keep a laser active and on a target for as long as the target is in their 'air space'. "Nothing to see here".

    If that were truly the case then each state could deside whether to send troops to fight in the same manner as the memeber stats of say NATO or the EU do. So people who reside within the United States are not all equal because the United Stats is not a unified country mearly a collection of independent states who ceed some powers to a central authority.
