"No, but you could be tracked all the way back to your house.
Or M&S could track you as you visit other stores, to build up a picture of your shopping habits"
Please tell me how M&S are going to build extremely powerful radio transcievers sensitive enough to pick out the signal from an RFID tag from several miles away in every single one of their stores and then triangulate your location without anyone noticing or M&S going bankrupt.
Yes Vista has translucent window borders, no, OS X doesn't. It used to have transparent window borders (Not 3D accelerated like in Vista).
Microsoft announced Avalon in 2002, which means they've been thinking about the idea for some time. Linux also has XGL. Hardware accelerated graphics are nothing new.
I think you're confusing resolution independance with something else. Quartz uses a sudo-vector graphics way of drawing windows, but it is not resolution independant. Vista uses the same way, since the blur is simly a pixel-shader effect.
No arguing there, but Flip3D is nothing like expose, nothing at all like it.
Security prompts are something Apple did not invent, and the fact that a password is not asked for has nothing to do with whether MS copied Apple, but if Apple had above a measly 5% share, they'd have to start thinking about all the moronic people who wouldn't know what to do.
Actually, it's quite different, the different colour, the lines showing the cone, and the different size of the magnet. How many different ways of showing sound via an icon can you think of?
No it isn't, it's completely different. The only similarity is that they are both round.
Since Tiger, which is after a lot of Vista features and Aero user interface guidelines are released. Where else do you put a search box?
Konfabulator? The fact that MS was going to include a (albeit different) sidebar way back should be proof. They offered almost the same features.
You know that MS featured these gadgets about three years ago right?
I'm afraid you're right on this one. MS has no excuse for that.
A lot of features in XP. Photo organisation was done before Apple as well.
Same as above
And again
MS has had this for ages. I've been using it for years.
Apple's filesystem is a DIRECT COPY of BSD. Oh, XP also had a similar system, but Users was Documents & Settings.
Just to make this easier for you lets go back in time, back to the 1940s. You're French, and you're fighting for the resistance. Germans would label you a terrorist and French would label you a freedom fighter.
Now, imagine if Hitler himself parked his car outside your house and came in for a chat to resolve your differences, would you believe him? No, you'd continue disrupting supply trains and seeding the thoughts of revolution (Actually, you'd be hung, but that's another matter.).
"Well if they had a clue maybe they'd realize that gamers really couldn't care less what operating system they're using as long as it runs the games...Linux DVDs to play games just like a console rather than having to load up the Windoze bloat before launching the game."
I consider myself somewhat of a gamer, and I frankly disagree with your argument. Platform does matter, I or any other gamer does not spent all their time playing games. Rather, I do the common thing - browse the web, chat, game, etc.
I also have a recent computer (dual core, 7xxx series) and again, I stress it in many different ways instead of just opening up a game.
And guess what? I run Linux as well, becuase, at this moment in time, I feel that it's the best platform out there - and I've had to put gaming on the hold.
I'd say it'd be very efficient. All we need to do is keep the enzyme (assuming it is one) at a constant temp and pH.
Meanwhile we British (and Europeans) are laughing at you from our gun-controlled contries while you get shot down.
The weather, re-electing the conservatives again and again, the privacy invasions, etc. I swear sometimes we actually enjoy getting shit on.

If there is no way of gaining any crypto keys even after interrogation, they'll probably send anyone resisting off to Gitmo Bay. Lucky sods.
It has everything Firefox has and more, but with none of the downsides.
Tiger came out '04.
Rather ironic due to the sales tactics they use in those 'shops'.
It'd be more like 10cm^2 for every person.
How many wild bears and cats were in Britain in the first place?
No, because liscensing software and technology and simply bundling it are completely different things.
So how amny libraries of Congress is that?
Apple has succeeded in making themselves looking like pompous arseholes yet again!
But I thought the Nano was small...
I have a good feeling about this!
Wow, 15 years is also Torvalds mental maturity age!
Yep, good luck with that.
Becuase confusion is the best policy.
In Soviet Russia, bullshit makes company!

Well, there's your problem.
And in the background we hear 1000 Mac users screaming in horror...
In other news, the hardware specs for the Phantom console have just been released...
