Also, my research has led me to believe that this disorder is strongly coorelated to the prefrontal cortex. This may be important to the topic since people with this disorder account for a large percentage of crimes, are expert liars, and fill up our prisons (I mean American prisons, for other countries, I don't know). This brain damage just may interfer with the accuracy of this lie-detection.

The surgery removed parts of his prefrontal cortex. No change in his personality, or minimal change, was reported by those who knew him.
Studies on rats show the importance of the prefrontal cortex in the characteristics of ASPD above. Rats with legions cut into their brains tended to be more impulsive. Other studies show a lack of self control, that is, inhibition of an action in a go/no-go task, was weaker in patients with ASPD. Good point, I think that looking at the cork proves that the label hasn't been switched. The cork has stuff written on it so you know what bottle went with it.
I've read a book by Queer Eye and they talk about the wine selection ritual. When the waitor/waitress hands you the cork, you don't smell the goddamned thing. This goes with what you said. Adding to this, you are supposed to make sure this *is* what you ordered and not some cheap wine to rip you off. You make sure the cork went with the bottle, or something to that effect. Now a company attempts to market to teenagers. If the company succeeds, their product becames culture so that all teenagers who wish to be "in" must have that product. The company makes a lot of money.
The solution to all this file-sharing delima that I might propose is that artists give away their music for free and then contract with companies that sell clothing and other goods. These companies would make shirts with their artists' names on it. The artists could do all the other things like concerts like they always have and do now.
People would be allowed to freely distribute the music or you could buy the CD if you really want to from the store still. It's just that you could download the music from the website or whatever.
The money is made in the tangible goods. Tangible goods always wear out so there's always a demand.
