Its cool to have a handheld running linux, but the linux Os like everyone knows is best for networking not for desktop or ui, the palm os was developed for handheld, so why bother using linux for handhelds? just to say its cool? or to feel 31337? bah.. i'm happy with my visor and the OS type is not the reason i bought it.
It doesnt make sense to move to another planet, if we cant live in this planet that has all the elements we need to live, it will be a lot worse in mars. Why not spend all that money to cur cancer or aids or all those rare deseases that are killing us.
will EARTH be habitable in 100 Years? after seeing the ozone layer hole, cancer, and all those weird sicknesses and virus appearing everyday... I dont think earth will be habitable in 100 years
I know tha apache-ssl is just a patch that you apply to the apache source code. Then you have to recompile it, the httpd created is your ssl server.

Mainframes are used in banks in big big institutions and companys like citybank, they have been using for a long time. Mainframes handle loads and loads of transactions.
This is very stupid, they're getting nowhere trying to sue napster, the record industry should find other ways to sell their music, instead of cds and tapes. Why not sell the music on a napster-like-network, which anyone could access it by paying a monthly or yearly fee, somehting like that. The record industry doesnt sell CD's , it sells music, they have to find the way to sell it using the latest technologies.
Cowboy Bebop is great, better than any american movie, nothing is predictable, great story and characters, very very futuristic and realistic the same time, not to many people understands that, its like drum'n'bass music, not everybody likes it.
only 1 user uses bad language on ebay? I doubt that, lets imagine they ban that 1 user, I think thousands of users that are pissed off about that incident will use worst language on ebay.

Here in Honduras there is a company (http://www.tutopia.com)that just started to give free Internet To have a dedicated 128 K line here you have to pay 1200$/month. The only Telecommunication company owned by the government is called Hondutel, the good thing is that right now Hondutel is going to a privatization process (France Telecom, Telmex or Telefonica) might buy Hondutel.
with tools like sniffers, tcpdump, ipchains, we can see exactly whats happening in our network or website. A site like yahoo must have all the logs, so, if there is a DDoS we can track the ips, then find out where the floods come from, check the computer with that ip and find out what is causing the problem, maybe its a worm or a trojan like BO or something like that, but someone is controling that work/trojan from outside, by studying the logs from the computer that have that worm/trojan it is posible to find out who is controlling that trojan. Is that a way to find out who is doing the attacks?
Aol is for old people or people that doesnt have a clue on how to use computers/internet, basicaly for newbies. If AOL does that then thats a problem for AOL users, not our problem. "we are not AOL users i suppose:) ", if you are I think you couldnt read this message with the new upgrade.
