    i would imagine that they can solve different stair slopes with a device in the wristband controller. Have something that can detect a change in position on the different axis' x,y and z and send that information to the computer that controls the legs. When you get to the stairs place your hand on the bottom of the stair rail and initiate the stair program. To take the first step move your hand up the rail and have the device automatically take a second reading. The computer that manipulates the legs will be able to extrapolate the slope of the stairs and whether they are straight up and down or curved.

    To predict that the keyboard will be gone in less than 10 years is like predicting the steering wheel will be gone by then, too.

    In future news, auto makers have decided to stop using steering wheels in favor of laptops without keyboards.

    What is the best kind of monitor to get and where is the best place to get it from.

    1. Nuts and bolts.

    2. Duct tape would probably work just as well.

    3. I doubt that elmer's glue would be able to hold the monitor onto the robot very well.

    4. Magic is not quite feasible with today's technology.

    5. Wishful thinking won't get you very far. 6. You could go for the steampunk look with gears and welding (be careful not to weld the screen itself)

    7. Double stick tape.

    8.Rub it on your head and stick it with static electricity.

    If golf were played in zero gravity would it still be considered not a sport? What about other non-sport sports like fishing and poker.

    Removing gravity just negates the need for a ballistic trajectory to shoot a basket. Dribbling would prove difficult because you could not keep your body planted to the surface you are dribbling on to.

    They have to do sincere scientific research on which sports will work best for when the space colonists leave earth. Without this necessary research space colonist jack will be a very dull boy.

    Having no gravity would sure make that Asian gameshow where you try to jump through the styrofoam wall with a shape cut out of it while it is moving at you quite a bit easier. Could imagine an updated version where the shape changes from the beginning of the wall to the end of it

    You would have to increase the size of the playing field, or change the flat surface to a curved surface and modify the rules to prevent every uncaught/blocked/foul ball from being a home run

    The first Mars colony ship, a joint effort between the US and the UK space agencies, crashed into the sun last week. Investigators have concluded that the navigation system failed due a unit conversion error between US and UK computer component manufacturing. The US manufactured their components with transistors that were 10 atoms long and one atom wide, while the Europeans components used one atom long and 10 atoms wide transistors.
