We use Zonecd here and i thought it allows you to set how much bandwidth each person can use.
Well I know it definately allows to set over all bandwidth. We have it set to 5/1 , but the actual connection is 15/2
Also you can just block the bit torrent ports. I think its a matter of how the access point is setup.
OR it could get china worried enough to be on our side. Hoepfully all the other countries will see this as a problem. IF that happens i would hate to be North Korea right now. I would think this would make chine nervous .
The thing is that if we continue to do this peacefully and have all the countries even china on our side then there wont be another korean war. All the surrounding coutnries would be trying to stop north lorea.
We should work on getting all the other countries including Russia and China on our side before atatcking north korea.
We just upgraded all the machines in the library to p4 3ghz with 1 gig of ram and x600 video cards, why would we need to upgrade again just to install vista?
Yup now I think the rates are back up to highest in the country. LIPA every couple of months has been raising the rates.
Now the thing is that lipa was supposed to have lowered our rates now it did the opposite and made them higher.
Having a computer , a 360 or ps3 and a crt tv that both consume a lot of power really would put a lot on the power bill. So if I get the wii and not one of the other consoles that could save me money in the long run especially since it will consume less power then my gamecube.
Maybe its just me but Since I live on Long Island with a company Like LIPA I am actually glad that the wii is going for lower power consumption. Lipa likes to raise rates every couple of months.
I also dont mind the remote. It obviously has to be good for sony to have added it to their controller.
Wouldn't you see a lazer beam being shot into space at asatelite. Especially one stron enough to blind or damage one in space? i would think that other U.S. satelites would see it wouldnt they ?

My grandfather was instrumental in this. HE helped build the model of the tomcat at grumman out of wood to show. The he and the people building the model where joking and said that it would never fly lol .
My father also worked on them till he got laid off by grumman.
I was there at republic airport here on Long Island when they did this huge going away ceremony with grumman.
I will miss these planes greatly.
I do not udnerstand why the super hornets won out over the new tomcats that grumman showed they could build.

Verizon has a setop box that fstreams to other tvs as part of there fios network.
Cablevision also tried doing this with a network pvr but they immediately got sued by the tv and movie studios when the announced they were testing it.
So its not the cable and dsl ips thast are stopping it. Its the tv and movie studios that are stopping it.
The big problem is the bandwidth of the node.
Anyway my isp cablevision has been doing 10/1 for years.
In november we got upgraded to 15/2 and 30/2
When docsis 3 comes out cablecos will be able to competew with verizon.
Also cablecompanies have fiber to the nodes. Articles have been leaving that out.
IT only takes getting more bandwidth to the node.

Its a great solution. Wee have the comps automatically turn on at a certain time unfrozen and all the patches get installed via wsus and via our mcafee server then they reboot back to frozen.
Couple that with group policy using group policy manager and you have a pretty secure system .
Wh ygo through all the vm stuff. Just have the users store there info on a server or in the thaw space.

Too bad one of the companies, namely Grumman doesnt exist anymore.
I work for a library here in huntington li. One of our patrons was a project head of the moon lander program at grumman. He was actually at mission control when the lander landed on the moon the first time.
I dont know if this idea will work. I think a lot of people where lost when grumman was bought and the two plants in bethpage and Calverton where closed.
make sure you get a good internet conenction.
If you were in the ny metro area I would have recommended lightpath but they dont exist outside this area.
A t-1 wont be enough.
Also warning electricity bills will be huge.
I saw one on I want that on hgtv that had this ski like thing on the bottom that was hard to balance but as soon as you got the hang of it it was much faster then regualr kyaks.
This I do not thin kis the fastets.
WHy is everybody saying the moon landing was fake?
Here at the cradle of aviation museum we have a moon lander straight from gumman that was supposed to land on the moon but was canceled.
This wouldnt even be there if the program was fake. Here at the Library that I work at one of our patrons was one of the project jheads at grumman for the moon landers.
This is not fake. I have living proof here that its not. Why do people keep mentioning this?

How does moving something a longer distance take less seconds to do so ?

Before people complain about the prices. I think the prices are great $250 for a console and a game. I cant wait till nov 19

Why is everbody complaining. All p23p applications do this. Example. Bittorrent limits your download speed if you dont have a good upload speed

Why cant you just use roaming profiles and deepfreeze on the computers? Wouldnt that be easier ,cheaper ,and less strain on your network?
